“Ordering online was a breeze. I liked the fact that there were reviews for each wine, which helped me choose which wines to order. Our wine was delivered free of charge and very quickly (we live in Brooklyn), which was helpful. We plan to order again.”

“I had my wine delivery sent to me at work. The guy in our shipping dept. who received the delivery told me that the bottom of the box was in danger of opening up when he received it and he had to reinforce it with tape. Also, considering the weight and bulk of the box it would have been very helpful if you could have used a box with two ovals cut out of the sides to make it easier to carry. Also, I appreciate your sending me an email with a tracking # but the email should also remind me which shipping service you are using so I know which web site to use in order to look up the tracking #.”

“I bought wine for a community Seder of 165 guests with a variety of wines from Malbec Merlot Reissling Chardenay etc. The Pinot Grigios and Moscatos were among the most popular whites the Merlots and Malbecs were the most popular reds. All of the wines were fantastic.”

“I ordered the case of wine on Tuesday, April 4; my location showed 3 day delivery, and it was in stock. However, it didn't ship until Thursday, and it showed up at my home around 8:00 on Monday evening, obviously too late for the seder for which I had ordered it. I spend a chunk of Sunday shopping for wine locally, without finding much variety, anticipating that it would not arrive on time. The case is still unopened, so I can't comment on the quality.”

“Order arrived incomplete. Missing 4 bottles of the 18 I ordered of your selections. On the eve of Passover, with a houseful expected, I had to shop locally to fill in the missing bottles and await your settling up with me after the hag. 🙁”

“As I emailed 3 times already..there were only 11 bottles in the case, not 12. Have emailed three times and called. No one has gotten back to me. I was rsponsible for the wine at first seder and was embarassed bymthe snafu. Please make good on the order. I want the other bottle. On the bright side, the wine was very good. It was th "connoisseur case".”

“The wine is excellent 5 stars. The service not up to expectations. It took 8 days to ship my wine after it was ordered, though I was told via live chat it would ship two days previous, and it arrived a couple of hours before Passover, a miracle, since UPS is known to deliver to us at the end of their shift, because we are on the way back to the shop. So that averages out to 3 stars. But we did receive a discount on our order so it could bump up to 4 stars some day in the future.”
