“They bend over backwards to make you happy. One time something I ordered it was out of stock they replaced with something that wasn't my favorite. I called and they shipped the one I like free. Great customer service 💯”

“I can’t say enough about the help Shoshana gave us for Both Passover order and then a subsequent 18 bottle order. She is sooo helpful when all I said was we want “dry” wines. A couple of days ago, I could only see about 8 wines that fit our criteria. I asked her to fill my cart with 12 more and we can’t wait to drink them.”

“Excellent and very attentive customer service. I found a very good wine at the local Israeli restaurant in Houston. Everyone at the table just loved it. Unfortunately, it wasn't in stock at that time. I wrote to the customer service asking to please locate this wonderful wine. And lo and behold, today I received an email where I was told that the wine is in stock! I ordered five bottles of it, for starters. I cannot praise this customer service high enough!”

“Customer service is the best ever. Ordered 2 cases of wine. One case arrived promptly. The other was delayed by the shipping company and not the fault of kosherwine.com. I needed the wine by a specific day and at it appeared that the shipment might be late. Kosherwine.com offered to overnight me a brand new case, if needed, so that I wouldn't be without the wine. The most friendly and customer service oriented company I have experience in the past 25 years. Will be a repeat custormer. Very pleased. They repsonded to my emails within the hour. A+”

“I ordered a 12 pack of mystery wines by Rosh Hashana and we are just finishing them up now shortly before Purim. There was a really nice mix of $20-54 bottles, and one $75 bottle. The bottles weren't really damaged, in our case some of the labels had creases, and one label had a teeny rip in it (the $75 bottle).”

“I placed an order, which was easy to do, I had high expectations of a good experience. The day before it said processing, yet it said to be home Weds. No delivery Weds when asking them for help they said it was my problem to deal with the shipper. I then researched with the shipper, the shipper indicated label was created and not picked up, and this in the evening of the delivery date. So then I checked my credit card, and they already charged me. When challenged to see when it will ship, they replied they canceled my order leaving me in bad shape when expecting the delivery. I hope I see a refund. Their business practices are questionable......please be careful when ordering.”

“Good selection of wines at reasonable prices. We live WAY oot and our wine always arrives on schedule and very well packed. Customer service is GREAT; these folks are happy to help with anything you need and you will never hear "not our problem" or "nothing we can do". Since discovering Kosherwine.com several years ago I never buy wine anywhere else.”

“I'm a member of the Somm's Club subscription (with the white wine option). The selection every month is great, and the customer service, whether texting Brad or e-mailing customer service, is always friendly, courteous, and effective. I even texted them in the middle of moving to a new place at the end of the month, and they changed my address and took personal responsibility to ensure I got my monthly shipment despite all the complications.”
