“Great selection of Kosher wines, excellent customer service, including a consultation to help select the right wines for the food you're serving. We ordered a mixed box with a variety of wines for a bargain price, which enabled us to try different wines and share some with friends. Thanks!”

“The UPS driver brought our wine and asked me to check the box because the tape had been broken. The packing material inside had holes in it and a bottle of wine was missing. He made a note of that before I signed for the wine. We wrote you and told you last Friday when it happened. Got a message yesterday asking for a picture of the box the wine was in. We did not keep the large box in our house through Shabbat. We have heard nothing else about replacing the bottle of wine. Very disappointed after many years of ordering wine from you.”

“Because of out of stock wine shipment was delayed. It arrived 10 days after order was made on line. Customer service was responsive but the order still took 5 days to get here, arriving just before Shabbat. I live in northern Virginia. Even with abnormally delays that's a long time. But we got the order before Shabbat. All of my previous orders were seamless and I appreciate the service your business provides”
