“I love how quick and easy it is to purchase the wine that I like. I dont really use it to explore new wines though maybe next time I will. I cant beat the prices and I love how a case ships free. So wonderful !”

“Great fast service and good prices. My only complaint is that given that UPS needs a signature to deliver you need to plan to be available but I did not receive shipping email until the day the package was already out for delivery and therefore had to arrange for pick up.”

“Good customer service! Resolved any issues in a timely manner. Sales prices on wine were terrific. Have not sampled wine yet as I ordered for a future event for my synogogue. Glad I found this company on line.”

“My order was complete, but in the post-July 4th back up, it took about 5 business days just to ship. The carrier, UPS, told us it was going to deliver between 2 and 4 pm, and we, of course, needed to sign for the package. My wife was home at 1:30PM, but they never showed up. Nor was a UPS slip ever left on the door. I checked my email and the driver noted he "tried" to deliver at 1:09PM. Since your warehouse now ships in 15 bottle cases for multiple case orders, I believe the driver just didn't want to carry the cases up our stairs, so just never stopped, didn't leave a slip, and just past us by. I made arrangements to go pick up the wine myself that evening on a 90°F day. At 7pm, I picked up the wine, and drove home. Opened the cases and the bottles were very warm to the touch. I hope they were not ruined: mostly rosés and whites, and some reds. UPS is horrible. This is not the first time they have done this. You need to find a better carrier, and stop shipping in such heavy boxes.”

“I was prepared, based on the information on the web site, to wait much longer for the standard price shipment of 24 "splits", but my order was obviously sent out within 24 hours of receipt and arrived just a few days later. Although I will not necessarily depend on such exceptionally fast delivery, it was nice to know that they are doing the best they can.”

“All the wine we selected was in stock and the box arrived just a few days after the order was posted. There are still a number of Dry Rose wines that are still out of stock so I hope they are re-stocked soon. Kosherwine.com's prices are competitive and the free shipping is a welcome bonus. Customer Service is efficient and friendly and I like the ability to speak to an associate on line with any questions or concerns. We shall continue to use Kosherwine.com now that they ship to Rhode Island.”

“I like the idea of supporting Israel by buying their products. My only complaint is that one of the bottles I bought was actually Chilean wine, which I discovered after the fact. It may be good, and kosher, but I was under the impression that all the wines were supposed to be Israeli.”
