“Kosherwine.com provides access to wines that could only be bought in Israel because the winery doesn't have international distributorship. This is a major plus. Unfortunately, those wines get bought up quickly, which meant I had to wait until a new shipment arrived, which it did and I am very pleased to have the wine.”

“Kosherwine.com gave us very good service. We were notified that the shipment was damaged enroute, and were told we would receive a refund immediately. We called and opted to have it redelivered. They sent it out immediately and it arrived very quickly without any hassle what so ever. I was very pleased with the outcome.”

“Thank you for the Rosh Hashana delivery of 4 wines. So far I have tried the Shiloh Secret Reserve Cabernet 2013. I am sorry to say I and my guests were very disappointed with it. I will keep you posted about the other bottles. Shana Tova”

“My entire order was wrong and it still has not been corrected . at this point please credit my credit card, do not send me replacement, and pick up the wrong shipment. This is a hassle and nuisance I did not need”

He reported you were very cooperative when he wouldn't be home to accept delivery there and asked you to deliver it elsewhere, and he was able to receive it without problem. “My order was not properly filled. However, anomalies occur. When I presented the situation to Customer Service the staff was attentive and shared their surprise. Kosherwine quickly shipped replacement wine consistent to my order. Thanks to their corrective action Kosherwine has my continued business.”
