“It's a minor reason that I did not give all 5 stars. I did not receive the UPS tracker number before the first delivery attempt. It would be extremely helpful to have the UPS tracker number prior to delivery (at least a day before) and it to be clickable onto UPS website. As you know, someone who is 21 or over must be home to sign for the package.”

“My order arrived after being shipped across the country on a truck through the coldest weather on record. Unfortunately two of the bottles had frozen in transit and the corks had been pushed out and the contents spilled. Happily, they shipped me replacements, insisting that we wait until the cold spell passed. We did, and the replacement shipment arrived A-OK.”

“I ordered two cases of wine for my son's Bar Mitzvah two weeks before the event. After 5 days the order still showed that it was processing. I spoke to Gedalia three days in a row and he told me that it had something to do with a change in the computer program used for inventory. Each time he said he would get right back to me but her never did. The wine finally arrived, 2 days before the event, however due to the snowstorm we almost missed it and I had to drive 15 miles to UPS to pick it up. The entire process created a lot of stress for us because we were not actually sure that we would get the wine in time for our Friday night dinner for our 30 out of town guests. There should have been better communication and follow up.”

“The variety of the world's wine at your fingertips...AND KOSHER? It's a no brainer. There is no store that can compare. Free shipping if you buy 12 bottles the same or a mix. There is no downside to purchasing through Kosherwine.com! I have found many wines that became favorites...wines I had never heard of before. Even when there was a glitch with my order, the customer service department made it right and did so quickly. I am thankful for this website.”
