“It was touch and go about delivery. You can imagine my concern as we had 25 people coming for the first Seder and 14 more for the second. But it did arrive on Monday with about 3 hours to spare, Whew! A little too close for comfort. But the wine was good.”

“As always, my delivery came quickly. My only 'complaint' is the packaging. In the past the case was shipped with the bottles on their side, 4 rows of 3. This shipment had all bottles upright. This made the box bulky, and very flimsy. 2 bottles shifted and were out of place. I hope this packaging was a one-time event”

“No Notification of when shipping would be, right up until 4 days before chag. Made me nervous. Website said "call this number for order questions" - telephone number not working. Not professional. Would not use unless you are comfortable not knowing when your shipment arrives and that you have a month's buffer of time. Wines, though, were as advertised”

“I cannot comment on the wine, as I haven't been able to try any yet. The delivery was atrocious. I was told it would arrive in two days. Then I was told it would probably be Thursday (before Seder). When I still didn't have it on Friday, I left an email which was not answered until the following Wednesday. I never received a tracking number so I was unable to find out when UPS would deliver. They tried to deliver on Monday while I was out buying wine for our seder. Did not receive the package until Tuesday. Never, never received a tracking notice from KosherWine or was I able to contact them to find out when the package would be delivered. Very, very disappointing.”

“The recipients were very happy with the selections we sent both this time and the last time we used your business as well. You have an excellent and extensive selection, far more than any other site I've shopped. We will definitely use you again and we believe our friends ended up ordering from you as well since they really liked what we sent them! I did think it took a lot longer than I expected.”

“I couldn't find Goosebay Sauvignon Blanc anywhere in Scottsdale or Phoenix. I think that this is the best Kosher wine in the world. Thank you Kosherwine.com for making our Pesach complete!”

“I paid in full by credit card, but my wine did not arrive in time for Passover because the box was not packed well and the bottles were either broken or missing, according to my UPS carrier. He filed a report. I also wrote to you online and have not received any response. Timing (and quality of packing, apparently) is super important for this type of order and you have not tried to remedy the situation -- simply sent me an automated survey to find out how well you did. Not well at all.”
