"DESERVE zero stars. order placed 20/12/2020. (Christmas present) and cancelled 05/01/2021 due to purchase from Footlocker (arrived in 4 days). Item saw still sent on 14th Jan even though I sent a million emails saying I don't want it. Now I have to pay to send it back and will not be paid for the postage. Ridiculous.... NEVER EVER ORDER STUFF FROM HERE AS THEY ARE UTTER RUBBISH"

I ordered a pair of trainers but when I opened the box there was only one in there. When I went to school I'm sure a pair meant 2. I did get a refund when I returned them but had to pay for postage as Hermes do JD deliveries and are rubbish! I am now awaiting a new order of trainers but low and behold Hermes have messed up again and I can not track them even with correct tracking code, JD need to sort themselves and inept Hermes deliveries out. Lucky to get 1 star

Did not receive my parcel for Xmas complained to jd sports have now dealt with 6 different operatives and had to tell each one the problem over again it’s now over 6 weeks and still not resolved

I am giving 0 star is absolutely discussing after 1 week they start to prepare my order don’t make mistake to order online. From JD sports I am ordering from plenty of online company’s I have found JD sports the most disappointing and discussing company online ignore it 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Customer service is absolutely awful. They lost my order and I had to keep chasing them up until they eventually admitted it had been lost. I spoke to Jon from their customer service team who was extremely rude and unhelpful and only offered a 10% discount which is wholly unhelpful as I already automatically receive 20% off. They were extremely useless and rude and I constantly online shop and this is the first time a company has just ‘lost my package’ 3 weeks after the order which is 5-7 days. My second and LAST time ordering with JD Sports. Absolutely appalling and embarrassing.

Jd sports is a absolute shambles and I have learnt my lesson shopping with them, so my advice is do not shop with jd sports.

Order trainers 50 days ago 19th November, Jd told me on the me on the 26th December Hermes have them and Hermes saying they haven't received them so where are they? 50DAYS!

Since my order was placed gone 24 days. And the parcel still at warehouse. Support sad it is ok, please wait. OK. If JD has problems with delivery, please write this before sell something.

Buyer beware I returned an item on 17 December and received confirmation it had been received back from the courier on 18 December and I would receive a refund in “10 working “ days. As of today and numerous emails, they appear to have lost the item their end and I’ve been told I will have to wait at least another 14 days while they try and track it! If it’s lost their end why should I have to wait for a refund. I have looked online and found others have experienced a similar issue trying to get a refund too. An absolute disgrace from what I’d thought was a large reputable company. Take note and beware before using this lot for your purchases, I would give 0 were that possible!

Online shopping and customer service is a complete waste of time Will take your order and money but don’t send items I had it last year where items never came after 2 weeks said where out of stock I may be silly but ordered from them again give you a delivery date doesn’t turn up when you ring add 2 days to delivery have now done this 3 times ,I am waiting for them to tell me items out of stock now By all means you shop very good but online a waste of time

Appalling. Don't bother ordering online. I placed an online order on the 8th December. I phoned on the 15th just to check everything as I had not received a confirmation email- I was told everything was fine and I would have GUARANTEED Christmas delivery as I had placed my order before the 9th. I was then informed on the 20th December that my item, which they had happily taken money for on the 9th, was not actually in stock. I have no issue with items not being in stock, what I do have an issue with is it taking 12 days to tell me this, leaving no time to source an alternative before Christmas. The same has just happened to my brother-in-law.

The item received is unacceptable and is nothing like i expected. It is damaged and dirty, the whole white strip on one of the trousers legs is covered in brown dirt marks. It doesn't even come in any packaging like brand new unworn items are supposed to, and was just left tangled up in a plastic delivery bag. I don't even want to get started on delivery times, i understand that delivery's take longer during this time of year but this is still unrealistic for a delivery to take up to 2-3 weeks taking into account that i have paid for my delivery.

I ordered a pair of trainer for my son they arrived today and there was only one shoe in the box!! Now I have to find a collect point return them and wait 14 days for a return. Complete waste of time. And have to wait 14 day to be able to order any other trainers. Will not be using jd again!

Placed a fairly expensive order with this company and it was two of the same item. Only one arrived. Went through all the hoops and print outs. After WEEKS of back and forth via email I was fed up. I never write reviews but I was so burned I had to write this. Terrible customer service. Buy cautiously from here.

Ordered several items for my grandson for Christmas allowing approximately 3 weeks for delivery. I then received daily emails informing me that my items were being processed, I then received an email just before Christmas informing me that the items were out of stock. The only item to arrive were dirty shop soiled socks. Terrible service, never again.

The salesperson was great but the manager ruined the experience. I was screamed at and threatened just because I asked for a smile. I appreciate service with a smile, it makes the experience nice. But this manager openly said’ I don’t have to smile’ and chose to call security on me after I spent over 100.00 on shoes. I was truly saddened by this manager but other staff members were kind.

Placed order 23/10/2020 for adidas gazelle ,selected to pick up from post office i went over 5 times not there made me fill in online form they kept changing details they required they was emailing me early hours off the morning they would not look into it over 20 emails they sent me a photo saying I signed for them it was DHL but DHL do not deliver to post offices ??? So I called the shop the post office was located in they was there on the 17/12/2030 almost 8 weeks later the shop didint accept DHL delivery’s but somehow was left there JD USED THE INCORRECT DELIVERY COMPANY these was a birthday gift for the 28/20 the box was destroyed they offered £5 gift voucher they was horrible to me basically playing games because they thought idd collected them I traced the trainers to the shop not them they didint care at all

As with all recent reviews shocking that purchasing on the 10th December had no concern that we wouldn't receive by Christmas ...cannot get any answer from their Customer Service ...please rename as there's NO SERVICE. Shocking handling of customers this will rightly damage any reputation they have left.

Would put no stars if I could Would put no stars if I could ! Christmas ruined for my kids! Ordered expensive trainers etc and no show! Even before the Christmas delivery cut off time. Waiting 5 weeks for my stuff (kids presents) to then receive an email today (Boxing Day) saying they have cancelled it all and will refund me in 3/5 days. Absolute shower of s**t!!! Never ever giving these people my money again they need to be fined from trading standards!!! also just to add one of the pairs of trainers they have emailed me (after me chasing them) saying they aren’t getting anymore back in stock until summer! Quick enough to take all my money though. SCAMMERS I’m appalled I think we all need to complain to someone high up they should be penalised for this shambles of a service and false promises they have led me on a wild goose chase !! I am a lot of money out of pocket and missing Christmas presents for my children. JD you should be utterly ashamed I am outraged
