I RETURNED 4 PAIRS OF CHILDRENS TRAINERS TO YOU BEFORE XMAS AS THEY WHERE THE WRONG SIZE .I RETURNED THEM VIA HERMES YOUR CHOSEN DELIVERY SERVICE I DROPPED THEM OF AT THE DESIGNATED DEPOT FOR HERMES IN OUR AREA AND GIVEN A RECEIPT .FROM THERE IS A MYSTERY I HAVE TRIED TO EXPLAIN THIS SITUATION TO IN TOTAL 10 PEOPLE ALL OF WHICH HAVE BEEN TOTALLY UNHELPFUL 4 OF WHICH HAVE ACTUALLY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME I AM NOW £171.00 OUT OF POCKET THESE TRAINERS HAVE GONE MISSING EITHER IN THE HANDS OF JD SPORTS OR HERMES BUT I HAVE PAID FOR THEM !!!! I HAVE TRIED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO CONTACT HERMES BUT TO NO AVAIL .AS IT IS THE COMPANY THAT YOU USE I THINK IT IS YOUR JOB TO TRACK THESE ITEMS I AM DISGUSTED AT THE WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED BY ALL YOUR MEMBERS OF STAFF AND WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM YOURSELVES THIS IS OUT AND OUT THEFT AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED AND I WILL CONTINUE TO REVIEW YOU WHEREVER I CAN TILL THIS IS SORTED!!!

Ordered converse trainers for my daughter for her birthday....sent wrong size Phoned customer service who refused to send the right size until they received original pair. Paid for express delivery and then had to go to a P.O. and pay to return. Awaiting a refund...but not holding my breath for refund of delivery and return cost even though it was their mistake. First time I have ordered from JD Sports and will be the last .

I placed an order yesterday including paying for next day shipment as it is my husbands birthday today and I received an email confirmation of my Order. I then get an email today to say that my order has been cancelled due to lack of stock and a refund issued. It is his birthday today and the gift he is expecting will now no longer be available and I now don’t have time to order a replacement ams with the shops currently being shut he will now be getting no gift. I am appalled at your customer service and am extremely disappointed to received such disappointment from such a respectable company. Rest assured I will be sharing my opinion online and will do all I can to ensure other customers do not receive the same level of disappointment that I have

Utterly beyond useless. Will never ever again deal with this company, awaiting a €135.00 refund... they acknowledge they have reviewed the goods back, but will not refund me my money... buyer beware... you will get a million ‘ I am so sorry we let you down’ emails,,,, but so far , no refund. Am now waiting over 6 weeks

Thieves. I ordered two pairs of Nike yoga pants in October. Only one arrived in the box. I complained immediately and filled out the form. Unfortunately, I put the wrong order number in which I remedied shortly afterwards - BUT NOT WITHIN THE TWO WEEKS (because I didn't know I had done this - nobody told me). JD Sports will not send me the second pair. So basically are robbing me, with no recourse, it would seem.

Have ordered a Calibre bike twice from JD Sports in the last few weeks; on both occasions a curt email from them cancelled the order on the day of delivery. They were happy to take my 1000 quid and sit on it for a week, and didn't manage to check their stock until the day of delivery! Very poor company, I suspect they do this to boost their turnover. AVOID

Bought a tracksuit for my grandsons birthday and had it sent to his address.Was too small so returned and reordered next size.Delivered within 24 hrs and my account refunded within 4 days.Very good service

Sent off my return which they received a month ago and still no refund, so out of money and nothing for me. It’s over £150 and I’m disgusting that this business can do this. Messaging the head executive now.

Bought some trainers from their website and then told me they had made a pricing error and I would have to pay an extra £75!!!! took my money first of course. Absolute Joke - Do not go near unless you double the price they are advertising at.

I have made two orders now and both have been cancelled after about 10 hours of ordering. Over £250 has been taken from my account and I have nothing to show for it. It is my son’s birthday on Monday (3 days) and I now have no money to buy him anything! How can you take peoples money if you don’t have the products to sell. This is theft and I want answers!

Joke of a customer service.. Ordered three items this week, everything going fine until I receive an email stating that my order has been processed, which I thought great.. this is where the saga starts! Checked the email.. only one item is going to be delivered other two items are being refunded as the pickers could process as now stock! Went back on to the web page and guess what the items were still available to purchase. I thought that’s odd, so online I go, after speaking to the help desk.. they reassured me that my order will come in two delivery’s and my two items are being picked and processed as we have stock. Great again, I thought that was a bit odd but I’ll give them the time to sort. So an email arrived to say, that one or more items is being cancelled as the product's are out of stock!! So, moral of the story if you want to be mucked around and only a third of your order is going to be delivered, batter on and use this company.. my advice shop else where!!

I have been waiting two months for my payed order. When i contact the custom service they give the same answer everytime! That its been some trouble at their wearhouse but noe its on its way. I still have not received my order and when i Ask to get my money back they do not answer

I ordered on December 8th and I did received I been emailing since December and they keep telling me investigating. So it’s been 2 months I called today they told me investigation it’s been refused so they not refunding me disgusting!!!!! Stilling people’s money. And the lady I spoke to she was so rude and she shut the phone off on my face!!!

If I could give a 0, I would. I made an order in January and still have not received my 3 items. Embarrassing. A company the size of JD and they fail on delivering goods in a date range THEY OFFER! I have spoken with JD employees and management too - both of whom are incompetent and dishonest. As actions off the back of my calls with them (five and counting now), they promise they will chase and then revert to me with an update, but you get nothing but radio silence. Lie after lie. Pathetic really. Very quick to take customers’ monies following an order, but fail to deliver on dates they assure you that you’ll receive your item(s).

Ordered shoes in November still haven't arrived. Called in January to resend it, said 3-4 working days, middle of February and still waiting. I cannot call cause they have been conveniently busy for past 2 weeks, wrote an email no reply. This is second time I am having troubles with delivery, certainly is going to be the last.
