Customer service at jd isn't too bad but they choose to use herpes/evri for delivery as most people know this company are absolutely useless say they tried to deliver when they haven't sent you a delivery time and don't show up with no way of contacting them why would ud associate with such a useless delivery company.

Items priced wrong, then when you get to the till, the item is more expensive. The waiting time to be served is a complete joke. I won’t be returning!

I have made an order at the store for a product. After one month, no product, cannot deliver it, I have to reorder but having system issues getting my money back, so I can pay again the order to get it. Is this a joke ? Don’t order from them , you will lose it. 5 system issues until now and counting. Last customer serviced agent said we have system issue , very rare it happens.

I placed an order which did not arrive. JD Sports customer care team were totally ineffective and after 10 days and several conversations with staff, requesting that the replacement be sent to a different address, the original package arrived at my address. I wrote a long letter of complaint to customer care over two months ago, which I was told had been escalated to the managers. I chased again just under two months ago and again was told that a manager would be in contact with me. I have received no response. Dreadful service right from the start.

I order 3 pairs of Heelys Received only 1! Pair I send my lost parcel claim and their response was : sorry you won’t your money back as parcel was delivered They refused to give me parcel weight so I can prove they wrong!! Their customer service is so bad!!!! Never ever I will order from them!!! I have lost £130!

I have requested to log a complaint in regards to the appalling service provided to me. I was told that I would be contacted in 3 days; however, it has been 3 months, and I still have not heard anything. It says a lot about your non-existent customer care!

I bought shoes from their website but sadly the size was too small. I returned them and I expected an exchange or refund. Even voucher would be fine. I DIDN'T receive anything, after a month I still don't have my money back.

Once you have issue with your purchase JD doesn't want to hear anything about it. I lost £300 due to their chosen shipping provider Hermes who stole my goods.

Paid for an E-Gift card and didn’t arrive but received messages saying it was making its way through the warehouse!

Ordered £100 gift voucher on 2nd January - still not left the warehouse- customer care absolutely no help. Told by Emily that I can’t get a refund as the order has gone to the warehouse and they have no way of contacting them. How difficult is it to put a voucher in an envelope. Grandson’s birthday come and gone. Will certainly never use JD Sports again

terrible company, finishline should have never made a deal with them. waited 3 weeks for my item, gave them the benefit of the doubt because of holiday time. finally got in touch with them, they told me they were sending a replacement, never received a confirmation email after I requested it 3 times on 3 different calls. the order status as I was told by jd sports was the item was waiting for the carrier to pick it up, that's what my original order claimed for 3 weeks. one of the worst experiences I've had with an expected reputable company, do not order from them.

We purchased a gift of a sweatshirt for our grandson. I returned it and was supposed to have a larger one shipped directly to him. They created a label but never shipped it. I called customer service to inquire about it twice. The second time I had to wait on hold for 1 hour and 5 minutes before they answered. The girl said I had to go back to the store again and get a refund. I I hadn't vigilant, they would have just kept our money. They burned a bridge with me!

So we had reason to be in Atlone before Christmas & we called in to your store & bought a pair of black Converse runners for our daughter for Christmas, when she opened the box on Christmas morning turns out we got two different runners but look similar, we understand people make mistakes & it was very busy that day. I called in today and the girl was somewhat apologetic but then announced that we were charged for the wrong runners & they were €15 less so we would need to pay another €15 for the runners that we wanted in the 1st place. Needless to say I was shocked at this considering your shop made the mistake in the 1st place. Given that I traveled a 3 hour round trip to do the swap today I feel incredibly disappointed with how I am being treated as a consumer.

I will never buy from JD Sports ever again. I bought my daughter a pair of trainers for Christmas (28th November) but after she tried them on, they were too small so I tried to exchange them for a larger size. Customer services told me that it's not company policy to exchange goods and told me to return and re-buy the trainers. I bought the trainers only 5 weeks ago for £40 but if I return them now and re-buy them, I will now need to pay £80. I can't believe that just to exchange for another size, I will be charged double the price. I'm really disgusted with this shop and I will make sure I will go elsewhere in the future! There are so many other retailers e.g. ASOS, that would not treat their customers like this.

I purchased a Ladies Nike Jacket online from JD Sports for my daughter for Christmas. It arrived on time but they left the ink security tag on it. Now I have to drive 45 minutes one way to my nearest JD sports store to have it removed. Absolute stupidity. Called customer service because I feel I should be compensated in some way. I waited on the phone for 44 minutes and when someone finally picked up we somehow got disconnected. what an absolute joke. "experiencing higher than call volumes" Probably because everyone is calling in about the security being left on their Christmas items.

Your favourite line is and I quote (no longer in stock) they are quick enough to take your money but not to give it back. For 1 of the biggest sports outlet. You are shocking. Customer service needs some serious upgrades. Really shocked at this service. Would have loved to add a photo but my goods didn’t even leave the warehouse after being told it’s all in stock

Rubbish on line shopping experience Ordered on 9th December took money from my account on the 10th Still no delivery on 23rd Phoned customer service to be told out of stock When were they going to tell me?? Or perhaps just keep my money!!!!!!!!!!?
