I purchased some running leggings on line priced at £32. When they arrived there was a label inside the polythene wrapping stating £30. I believe they should have honoured the price noted and refunded the difference, as many High St stores would have done. It was probably old stock. Emailed to complain, but got nowhere with a guy named Zayn. Copied email to CEO but got no reply. Would not use JD Sports again.

here, how they work for online order. The stock shows on the website seems not to be a real time stock. So possible that your order will be cancelled even they accept your order and charge to your credit card. If they can't fulfill the total order they will just tell you some items are missing. They won't tell you details. they will just send what they have and refund to you for the missing item. Don't expect any reply with their email system. They rarely reply or sometimes they reply to you after the parcel arrived. If you follow up for a case you may have to tell them all the story again and again as they don't have one person to look out in one case. They have many staffs so when another staff read your most recent message they wouldn't care to read the whole story so you might have to tell them again from the begining. It might take up to 20 days for the parcel to arrive even they say 6-10 days in their website but they claim that delay and cancellation may occur as they state in the term&cond. You will definitely get a headache if you buy online from them. If you have time, just go and get one from their store.

wanted exchange without receipt. wouldnt do unless return for same product in another size which didnt have. wanted credit card statement as proof which i took back. them were undecided because the statement didnt give breakdown

I ordered a jacket online, and paid for it, and was due to pick it up from a local store. I got an email confirming my order, then another saying the order had been cancelled, with no explanation. I had to try forever to get through on the phone, and wasted over £10 in credit on calls. I was told there was damage to the jacket, and it could not be sold, and the others had sold out. However sometime later, I saw the same jacket online, and being sold at the same discount. I think my sale was cancelled by a staff member to favour another customer, probably one of their mates, over me in the sale. Sad. pathetic. I do not like JD Sports

Placed an online order and paid the next day delivery charge of 11.99, placed order on Tuesday and did not receive my order until Friday. Called JD and probably spent more on the phone call than the 11.99 delivery charge, and they told me i would received a gift card for 11.99 in the mail, one week later still have not received anything. Called to my nearest JD today to be told there is a gift card in the mail. Asked what happens if i don't receive it? I was told to ring up customer service again as my local store cannot do anything for me. Why offer a service that you cannot provide, i was told that this was only possible for UK and not Ireland Deliveries. Then do not offer Next day Delivery to Irish customers and don't take their money!!

I went to get a refund and was shouted to move from left to right because there was no queue for refunds which made all of us stand in the way of everybody passing to be served on the tills. The staff kept calling the next customer, however asked us to write down our name and post code on the counter. By the time the next customer appeared we would have to move away. A complete mess and the staff weren't particularly friendly, always chatting amongst themselves

No communication after an entire week of purchase, still says order in review, but card was charged. No response via e-mail. Would never buy from or recommend anyone using them in the future.

Went to a place last week that was nothing but trouble. Stepped on a nail, ordered raw snail and hadn't received my mail. Left today but can't remember where I parked my spaceship.

On more than 2 occasions I have purchased online, payed said amount and yet two days later will be notified stating it isn't in stock and I've been refunded. Each time was during sales therefore I chose between multiple options and by the time I was notified they were all sold out. I also purchased ellesse leggings in store which had a hole in them but I was blamed for that and couldn't return them. Saying this everything I have purchased otherwise was great so it's a shame.

In the morning someone from Hermes came to deliver my parcel but I did not hear the door knock. There was a note posted through my letterbox saying that my parcel has been left in our recycling bin. When I opened the recycling bin there was nothing in there and I also asked my neighbours in case they had my parcel. I do not know where my parcel is now and I'm not very happy.

JD customer services is a joke, after waiting 15mins on hold the phone was answered by a rude abrupt young lady who could only speak what Id refer to as 'chav language' I was then then given poor quality information about returns and fobbed off to Hermes couriers. Big plus to Hermes who also couldn't believe how Id been treated and walked me step by step through the returns process. I will never be shopping at JD sports again

Wolverhampton shop was very busy today around 6 people in the queue and no one on tills. Yet there were 2 managers and a staff member standing around by the door completely oblivious

The staff are just awful. I use the Swindon JD and they are more interested in looking in the mirror or chatting with each other rather than coming to the tills where there's a queue building and nobody to serve. They're all typical lazy twats. I'd kill to work somewhere like JD and there they are just talking their job for granted. Useless cunts.

Customer service is shocking in ferry road Cardiff. I can appreciate the busy job they do but wow. Kept waiting 10 minutes whilst young lad went to get a pair of shoes in my size I eventually saw him serving another customer, when I asked him where my trainers were he replied didn't have your size! Change staff or retrain please!
