Contacted JD Sports ! , who said items were delivered, I went to klarna , who looked into this for me , who saw the picture of delivery, and backed up JD Sports.

In April I ordered my Grandson 2 outfit, it was delivered , the bag was opened, and only 1 set was in there , I contacted customer service, who did a report, after looking into this , they decided because the package was delivered, and they trust the delivery drivers £1000%.

Customer service at jd isn't too bad but they choose to use herpes/evri for delivery as most people know this company are absolutely useless say they tried to deliver when they haven't sent you a delivery time and don't show up with no way of contacting them why would ud associate with such a useless delivery company.

Ordered on 9th December took money from my account on the 10th
Still no delivery on 23rd
Phoned customer service to be told out of stock
When were they going to tell me??
Or perhaps just keep my money!!!!!!!!!!?

A disaster of a shop and customer service. After placing an order with the Galway shop for delivery to my home, the order has never arrived. A month later, I have been to the shop twice for a solution and contacted them via the website and no one is providing any solutions. I have been ripped off.
