For over 20 years I have been a loyal customer to JD Sports and never had any problems as a walk in customer. After using jd online click and collect *SCAM * I will never use again. Or any of its affiliated company’s from my experience.
I ordered my kids Xmas presents online as they do same day collection on the 23rd then waited till 24th to collect them as it’s a SAME DAY COLLECT PRE 2pm note I could of gone instore and bought the items but though be quicker and easy for both me and the company to do this way. I also search to collect from the Oldham town centre store as they had the stock supposedly in stock.
I arrived at 4 o’clock to collect my kids Xmas presents and was fronted with arrogant staff not helping what so ever. One even said ‘ WE SOLD THEM as we have been so busy ‘ I THIS A JOKE YOU SOLD MY KIDS XMAS PRESENTS.
Angry I asked for refund or gift card or anything exchanged I. Store now so my kids can have present to open on Xmas day.
THEY IS NOTHING WE CAN DO WE HAVE SOLD THEM AND DONT HAVE ANY MORE INSTOCK (but they have a full store of clothing didn’t understand)
This is not on not only they sold my order which is not there property after I have bought them ( handling stolen goods Handling stolen goods is an offence under section 22 of the Theft Act 1968 (TA 1968) that is Triable either way. The offence is committed while the defendant is acting otherwise than in the course of stealing)
So after this I have been to collect day after (3 days from date of order) still nothing.
My kids had nothing on Xmas day as a result of this poor customer service and demand some kind of explanation and compensation for this issue and official apology or will be going to social media platforms we’re my business has huge following and show how bad I have been treated from your company
Will look forward to a repose

Returned an item still waiting from 27 Oct 2024 for my money back wrong phone numbers on receipts rang customer service 4 times joke went into shop yesterday met this young man took my details promised me he would ring today nothing rang customer service again 35 mins on phone waste of time gave me the wrong phone number again for limerick shop I just want my money

In April I ordered my Grandson 2 outfit, it was delivered , the bag was opened, and only 1 set was in there , I contacted customer service, who did a report, after looking into this , they decided because the package was delivered, and they trust the delivery drivers £1000%.

Canceled my order one minute after it was placed. Waited 46 mins to speak to someone when I called customer service; not helpful at all. The payment was still processed but was not given an explanation about why the order was canceled. Do not order here.

Getting in touch with customer service will take HOURS, and each time you reach someone they will let you know they need to research and get back to you in 3 days, which they never do, so the cycle starts over.

If I could give no stars I would. The shoes are nice though insanely expensive but that’s the market, I get it. The customer service and business practices are comical to say the least. They’ll never get another dollar from me.
