“Was in the Willow Grove Mall looking for a pair of sneakers for a trip. Stumbled into JD found a pair I liked for a great price. A young man (can't remember his name) ask me if I was interested and what was my size. I replied. He went to get the shoes and I went to the register. At the register, the shoes rang up for a different price then was on the tag. The young lady at the register said that the wrong tag was on the shoes. I explained to her that while I understand mistakes happen, that I wanted to pay the price that was physically on the shoe. She grabbed her manager Lee. Lee apologized for the mix up and gave me the shoes for the tag price that was on the shoe. The staff that helped was great and respectful. Not to mention attentive, as it was a very busy day. The store was busy. I appreciate Lee and her staff for their patience.”

“Llandudno branch Tristan was the employees name and his manager was Dave Jones. One of our gift cards wouldn’t go through, he was in the phone for ages to customer services, very helpful and very polite over a very long drawn out process. He deserves a pay rise for sure. Thankyou for getting the issue sorted for us”

“Like to thank JD Sport for their excellent staff and assistance. Bored with grey dull sports wear I enquired if any gender neutral wear was available I was soon directed to far more colorful sports leggings and mesh tops. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. I purchased leggings and unisex mesh bra tops. I wear these at the gym and get admiring glances of both male and female members. I attend the gym in bright rather than dull colours with a new found confidence. Plus very comfy a good price and wash well Well done JD”

“The guy who helped me on my delivery was amazing! Was reassured my parcel was sent separately and the next item is due to come in the next days. So professional and effective! Thank you so much for takingg the time to listen to me, although I didn’t get the chance to take your name! It’s always nice to speak to someone like him on the phone, very helpful and considerate! “Ordered online, on 4th december, 2 kids tracksuits, 2 kids trainers and mens coats, Mens coat out of stock 5 days later but rest of the order arrived 5 days late, complained and manged to get £40 compensation via gift card. Happy I received my kids presents before xmas !!”
