This company is a complete joke, they let people identity theft you, what I mean by that is they open an account and let them send products to a different address instead of the first order going to your own as that would stop it, and after ringing them and being robbed of time and time again my credit score has now decreased as they not sorted it, so any one reading this that this has helped to please contact watch dog and tell them your story like I am going to and hopefully we get enough people that it gets put on air and they have to answer for it,

BEWARE you will be charged interest and a non payment charge even if items are returned and there is no payment due!!! You are expected to make a minimum payment even though you have returned goods! Ridiculous - never come across this before. Would not recommend using and customer services waste of time.

Ordered a shed which on the website I was told was in stock. Nearly 3 weeks later had to cancel the order as was still no where near being in stock so had to source from elsewhere.

Spent thousands here over the years and just became not ordered for a while yesterday received email saying going to close your Account terrible when ordered so much as well should be no excuse just because I go quiet for a bit

Paid for next day delivery and item didn’t arrive. Spent ages on live chat with incorrect information and was eventually told Hermes don’t deliver Sunday so why take my £6.50 for next day delivery?

Offered a 10% discount on faulty rug a joke on a 130 pond rug. here's my original complaint.purchased a large rug from you approx 18mths ago and am not very happy with at all. looking at it this morning one side seems to be longer than the other. if you place any thing on the rug the edge seem to curl up almost as if its fighting with the opposite side.also get like a ripple over the rug. the rug is in front of fire with a coffee table in the centre.have tried it in several rooms and get the same effect ever time have had to roll it up now as it dangerous. This item was not cheap and looked good quality.can't pinpoint exact date order no as not displayed on my account. has any body else said anything about this rug. await your comments asap. many thanks

after going on there site for first order says 20 percent off first order ,they give you a code that doesn't work so when you contact this is how they respond if you pay in full then were sort you one out which obviously isn't how proper companies work ,I emailed to complain and addressed me as total different customer so emailed again saying I'm not this person and unbelievably they done exactly same again , there customer service can safely say is worse that ever come across , I would avoid at all cost as dread to think how bad was if finally managed to accept an order , I don't usually do bad review but after over 30 emails trying to sort simple problem thought best warn others before waste money

Took months to arrive & almost two months after they had taken money from my account (which they were only meant to do once product was displayed! HDW blamed a fire at courier depo but this was in April which was well before they even claimed to have dispatched it (in May). Online customer service was hopeless but was at least free, customer service phone cost over £2 as they charge 13p Mon & I was kept on the line for 10 mins without a satisfactory answer! I'll never buy from them again.
