“Overall very good service but largely overpriced products. I guess it is a price for "0% credit" (the percentage is hidden within the price). Still not bad though comparing to others. Delivery - no problems. Customer Services - excellent.”

“Telephone Agent very good and listened to my complaint which was about the Hermes delivery service, paid for Next Day Delivery and a certain timeslot which never arrived”

“They keep you well informed about how your order is progressing. When it arrives you often get emailed a special offer for you next purchase. But standard delivery is about 5 days which is a little long.”
