Ordered for next day delivery never arrived paid. £5.99 then iwas told it isn't guaranteed thaythen tried to refund me£1 are they joking it's taken me 5 phone calls to sort this one of the worsted company's every will never deal with them again A very angry customer Mrs Evelyn young

They agreed to pick up the freezer on 13 December and refund.

Having returned one and had an text to say the refund could take up to 14 days nothing further happened.

I returned a dress 13 days ago and, according to the courier tracking, it's still in transit. (This was their preferred courier) I contacted Customer Services and was advised that it takes 14 days for them to receive it then 4/5 days for my card to be credited. It's shocking that I'm expected to wait 3 weeks for a refund!

The worst company I've ever dealt with. The quality of the furniture is awful. They use every trick in the book to avoid collecting the item and issuing a refund. It's like being held hostage by the world's worst customer services experience. Avoid this company.

Awful company. Delivered the wrong items for a piece of flat pack furniture a month ago. I have been told the correct item has been sent out, never arrived, I have been told that it will be collected, it never was. I have not been offered a refund and have had to message everyday to try and get answers to no avail. My young child has had 2 heavy boxes in her room for a month. This is still not resolved

This Company is a joke, returned items at Royal Mail, so had receipt. Emailed several time no help called several times, on phone for 25 mins no help, now on another call on hold again. This person says that they have received the return and a refund is in process, we will see funny I don't have much faith, and will certainly never order from them again!

Order a item which got lost by the courier, custer service kept putting me of .In the end l had to do there job by chasing the courier to confirm the parcel was lost.In the meantime they put the item up in price,and eventually only offered a refund also never answered my last email completely. Will never use again.
