“Good Morning; I would like to leave a review about the purchase of my kia sportage NU72 UVC from you and the fantastic help from one of your sales assistant Samantha Carr I would like to begin by saying what a lovely personality and knowable person she has, there was no pressure at all from this lady during the process of buying this vehicle (unlike some other car dealerships that I've come across) from the start of this transaction every thing was explained to me in detail so I was totally at ease with her when there was some thing I did not understand she would go though with it again to make sure i understood it, I would like to end this review by saying your company is well served with Samantha as your employee. Best regards Mr Peter Allen”

“Poor communication. Once car ordered no interest from sales staff or information regarding delivery dates , waited over 8 months for delivery. On delivery car not checked properly standard equipment missing also faults on dealership fitted accessories with unhelpful and uninterested service staff! Will not return to this dealer have arranged service plan with alternative KIA dealership.”

“Avoid at all costs!! Shocking customer service, several weeks and car not ready in prep despite promised of high standards, sent back twice poor workmanship, No updates, cowboys, kept my deposit and refuse to refund and ignore my emails. Appalling dealership”

“Just collected our 'new to us' Niro hybrid car. From the minute we met James Mann, we were impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He explained everything to us, throughout the whole buying process, to make it an easy and trouble free transaction. On collection of the car, he explained the controls clearly .
