“The Sales Staff are very friendly and do not push you but the main reason for 5 stars is the efficiency and manner the Service Dept. handle problems. I and my family have owned Kia cars for over 8 years now and have used Jennings Kia, Stockton since they opened a few years ago and found their Service Dept. to be second to none. Friendly and helpful.”

“Pleasant not pushy salesman like other dealerships. I would have liked email confirmation when I paid the deposit. I should have asked about a spare wheel as it didn't come with one or mudguards! But that is Ford not Jennings fault.”

“The morning we had arranged to pick up the car we received a telephone call to say that the log book had been lost therefore the car could not be released. This was extremely inconvenient as we had already changed over our insurance details and of course very disappointing.”

“This was my second purchase of a new kia venga. The salesperson was female who asked me if I was happy being attended to by a lady which I said I was. The help I received from this young lady in purchasing the vehicle was excellant and she was a credit to Jennings Kia.In addition I have to say I am delighted with the car.”
