“The staff were helpful and answered all the question l had. Felt no pressure to buy my car and was told what would be done before l paid . Did have one problem with my wing mirror, and tried to get help the following day. But could not get to speak to the right person, or a response from the e-mail l sent to the person who sold me the car. The service as l mention was good. But could do with a better response when l got a problem after the first day !”

“The professionalism and affable manner of Craig the sales guy, he was really helpful and informative...he went the extra mile to help satisfy my requirements...which was a tall order in itself as I had an idea of what I wanted after a lot of research...which was a CX5....for the best deal I could get. I put the ball in his court...and he played a blinder for you guys!”

“The whole process of first looking on the website and then purchasing my car from Jennings was easy and hassle free from start to finish.Ian the salesman was friendly and helpful and not in the least way pushy which was very important to me.I felt Jennings went out of there way to help me and hopefully this level of customer service will be there for as long as I own a Ford.”
