“The whole transaction was seamless and the process went extremely smoothly. The Salesman was honest , straightforward and easy to communicate with. The finance process was easy to deal with. I would certainly recommend Jennings to my friends. One note for future sales. I had a personal number plate and when I advised the loan provider Santander when I put the plate on they charged me £30. This should have been advised at point of sale. Santander are the last bank I would choose to deal with, but as they were the loan provider we had to put up with them.”

“I have purchased 2 cars from jennings both great value excellent service and great customer service jennings sales man Paul who I bought my car off and the management were great and very helpful if your not happy there and then they will get the issue resolved if they can , I will definitely be going back to jennings ford for my 3rd car in a couple of years . And I got a free service for next year ! Thank you Gail Crookston.”

“This is the first time I have bought a new car and the first time I have used Jennings, it certainly wont be the last , the salesman was amazing and answered all my questions. The car was delivered to me in Derby which was a great selling point. Love my Picanto , it may be the smallest Kia but would highly rate it as it's a breeze to drive.”

“like all garages once they have your money you are forgot about, cleanliness of car when i recieved it disgreful, then next time they got car personal items removed valeters some not returned . pointing out faults when first got car told by sales manager it is two yers old .”

“Decent overall experience. On collecting the car found a scratch on the windscreen and they said that they would get it sorted which took almost 3 months to rectify as it eventually needed a new screen. Happy that it's been sorted but score would have been higher if it had been resolved earlier”
