“A really good service provided by Ford Jennings at South Shields. A special mention to the sales rep Edward McCartney, who was really helpful throughout the new purchase and the part exchange, which was a good price for me. I am really pleased with my Ford Mondeo and hopefully will have many years of trouble free running. But the Jennings warranty, that I purchased, could be useful - just in case ?? Kind regards, Bob.”

“Taylor was excellent throughout the process. He recognised that I would find it easier if my family were entertained, and showed them where the toys and TV were. “I recently purchased a New Focus ST-Line X from Colin at Jennings in Middlesbrough, both himself and the staff at Jennings were excellent. The vehicle was delivered to me in Essex and arrived in pristine condition, unfortunately the vehicle did arrive with a slow puncture however this was covered straight away by the dealership. Having bought vehicles from many Ford Dealers over the years the service Jennings offers was up there with the best. Overall a definite 10/10.”

“I was initially drawn in by a reduced interest rate on used cars. The on line calculator gave me a monthly figure at this rate but at the showroom I was told the deposit had to be 20% for the lower rate. Had I not liked the so much I might have walked away but a compromise was negotiated. The car was also advertised as having 16 inch alloy wheels. When I recently got round to cleaning the car myself, I noticed that they are very convincing wheel trims. So much so that the salesman had asked if I wanted to take out the alloy wheel protection plan! Makes me wonder if the price reflected the fact that it should have had alloys on.”
