“There were some initial problems in obtaining my order and I was not informed until I contacted the office to find out what had happened. However it was dealt with then very quickly and the delivery was as given. Thankyou.”

“I've bought parts from Jennings a few times now and they have been great. I only had one time where the partI had ordered was wrong due to the part code being wrong from the factory. One phone call later to a helpful friendly person on the other end of the phone who apologised and dealt with my order personally and in a matter of minutes the right part was on its way to me special delivery. No one can be 100% perfect and things will always go wrong. This is when the great businesses are separated from the not so good. I will definitely use them again.”

“Very good - had to call them to confirm the alloy wheel was the one I was after as I couldn't believe the price. Gentleman on the other line went to check and promised to call back which he promptly did. Delivery was quick. How can dealers charge so much more (I paid nearly half the price my local dealer price for an 18 inch alloy wheel delivered).”

“Excellent service, particularly as I was an overseas customer. Any contacts I had with your representatives by phone or email were dealt with promptly and courteously. Good unit price, with reasonable shipping costs, and arrived pretty quickly. I would happily deal with Jennings Motor group again.”
