I couldn't of asked for a better caring salesmen (Peter Nesbitt) from the very first visit until I drove away. There was no pressure on buying a car, and was left alone until i needed assistance. Great service and would recommend to others. Claire Round.

I was initially happy with the the car and the deal given. However when I collected the car it only had one key, was not valetted properly and a chip had appeared on the rear bumper. The salesman assured me that he would order the key and get the chip rectified and ring with a suitable date. It is now nearly 3 weeks and I have heard nothing. The main concern is if I mislay my only key but I am also annoyed that I have not had a call informing me of any progress. An initial good experience is rapidly turning to bad.

I bought my last car from you through Peter Hudson and only visit your area two or three times a year to visit one of your customers Mrs Grace Holland. As my Sportage was coming up to three years old I contacted Peter to enquire about a new vehicle, he said if anything came up he thought I might be interested in he would contact me. He phoned several times and in the end after his excellent service I decided on a new Sportage. We did the deal over the phone and I will be collecting on the 23rd July.

Jennings staff were approachable, friendly and informative when I spoke to them on the telephone. This was especially important to me as the trade in and purchase of my car were done on the phone as I don't live on the Mainland. The delivery was also very well organized and the SW Delivery man was also very courteous and efficient. I am very happy with my car and the whole experience.

When I went to purchase the car I was told you after purchase the car by bank transfer. I find this ploy penny pinching.The reason you do this is because the government stopped you from charging interest on credit cards and debit cards. You even started to charge for using a debit card unbelievable

I had been looking for a focus for a few months and contacted Jennings a few times and found the sales people I spoke to on the phone very helpful. The day I purchased the car I went in to find out that the car I was after had been advertised but was not available in branch, but your salesperson Edward McCartney looked through the stock and found a car which was almost identical. The car was a good price compared to other local ford dealers and the trade in price was also good. The whole sale process was handled with great ease and efficiency.

I am extremely happy with the motor vehicle recently purchased at Jennings Ford Middlesbrough and the service of the sales executive involved with the purchase. However it was necessary to return with the service manual which had not been completed with the pre delivery check completed, engine vin number was ineligible, and several details had been tipexed out and over written. I requested and received a new service manual, in place of the botched up original, new vehicles should be supplied with new documentation. A disappointing unprofessional situation which should not have been allowed to happen.
