I contacted James to ask about the contract I had as I had gone over my mileage allowance and as a full time development officer and a mother working across the entire North of the region I was having trouble getting something sorted out. James could not have been more helpful. I have been amazed at his skill set and ability to come up with immediate answers to my problem. I am happy to stay with Kia now for the significant future due to James and his amazing service.

They sold me the Car I.d been looking for the service I got from all the Staff was first class I.m very Happy with the Car I bought as I got my Hyundai i10 Automatic I've not Received any word from Hyundai that I.m the new owner of the Car And that the remainder of the 5year warranty as now been past on to me

great service from my agent Steve Ternant after changing my car after only 3months steve helped me with a new deal and new car and I couldn't be happier with the service and help he gave me.. highly recommend Jennings and Steve anytime.

I travelled 340miles to purchase One of Jennings perfectly optioned Ex demonstrator Seat Leon and I couldn’t be happier. A few hiccups with the car but I can’t fault how well my concerns were put to rest, we all know issues can arise, but the difference is how they are resolved! Craig and the team really know how to wow their customers! If only they were local enough to carry out the servicing for my car too!

From the start to the finish Ed made the purchase of my new car very easy.I never felt under pressure to buy.He was extremely understanding that I was nervous about changing cars.I don't enjoy driving new cars and Ed drove me to a quiet area so I could test drive a polo where the traffic was at a minimum. The sale went ahead with no complications and when we picked up my new car everything was ready to go. Thank you Jennings for good service and a BIG thank you to Ed McCarthy at South Shields for being so patient with me

As always I had a pleasant experience with Jennings Gateshead, I came in to get my car serviced and to talk about lowering my monthly cost. After a short conversation with salesman I was very happy with my choice in getting a new car which provided the service I need and also lowered my monthly costs.
