“Had a great experience buying my new Mazda3. From first contact with Chris the salesman through to taking delivery a couple of weeks later. Nothing was too much trouble from getting a great scrappage deal on my old car to arranging a good finance deal on my new one. Everything went smoothly and was hassle free.....would definitely recommend Jennings.”

“This is not a reflection of Jennings as a whole, merely the salesman we dealt with this time. He was unprofessional, incompetent and quite frankly has put us off buying from this dealership again. I won’t go into detail as a complaint has already been made. However, The salesman we bought our first Kia from is a credit to the company, can’t fault the guy.”

“Excellent buying experience from my first contact with Sam Khan and then Paul Robinson. Delivery from South Shields to Shropshire was an excellent service too. Photos online gave an excellent portrayal of the vehicle in fact we've just ordered another Focus for my wife so 5 stars are well deserved.”

“They were down to earth and made every step easy. The only downside is they are abysmal at answering calls, or calling you back as promised. They never managed this on over 6 occasions.”
