“Service from sales was fantastic & Chris couldn't have done anymore to find us car we wanted. Service dept caused unnecessary delay though by not completing service on time so we had to wait 3hrs longer than arranged pick up time.”

“Very satisfied with the sale of the Ruby Red kuga. Felix Maughan was excellent, helping us throughout the whole transaction. How ever not so happy with the Jennings Maintenance plan which was more expensive than Fords own plan.”

“I had done my research and knew what car I wanted to buy so it was basically test driving it and then I picked it up when a service had been done on it. Salesman was efficient and not pushy which is what I like. Very pleased with my purchase.”

“explained all models of mazda 2 not just the model we were looking at. would of liked to have been offered tea or coffee, as in showroom a long time and more time allowed when we picked up vehicle from appointment time as I did explain needed to pick up grand-daughter at 1515pm when appointment made. Otherwise very courteous and helpful, and always available at the other end of a phone.”
