Looked for the right car with all the spec and the right price, couldn't be happier with the buy, traveled 35 miles there and back just to get the right dealer, Craig looked after me and Luke done the deal, thanks lads

I cannot fault the level of customer service that I received. From start to finish I was treated with the utmost courtesy and everything was explained to me in an exemplary way. I enquired online about a vehicle and had excellent service from the Sam Khan, the Sales Exec who offered me a range of other options. When I had agreed which car I wanted I was then passed over to Ian McCluskey who handled the delivery and hand over of the car at the dealership. Both guys were first class and I would highly recommend anyone to buy a car from Ford through Jennings.

The service I received from initially looking at purchasing a car to the actual buying of the car was excellent. I didn't feel pressured at any stage of the process. Everything about the car was explained to me on collection and I felt comfortable in the knowledge that I could contact Paul again if I had any questions that needing answering. I would highly recommend this dealership.

My order arrived on time but the packaging was very poor it was only in the box that the manufacturer put it in which was damaged but fortunately the item was not damaged I think the packaging needs lmproving

Excellent. no hassle. They let us look at a few cars at our leisure. We picked two that we liked but one of them was "sold subject to finance" so we bought the other one that we liked. The one that was sold was our first choice so they said if anything went wrong they would contact us. Sure enough they did even though they had started doing the prep work on the car we had bought. It felt that nothing was a hassle. Will definitely consider Jennings again when we plan to change our other car next year.

I really hadn't thought of purchasing a car on-line before, but the process seemed hassle free and the salesman I spoke to was extremely reassuring and helpful. In the end I decided to drive up and see the car and complete the purchase in person, as I only live an hour or so away from Jennings. I got a really warm welcome, and was surprised to see a huge selection of nearly new cars - I would have been spoilt for choice if I hadn't already fallen in love with one on line. I was particularly reassured by the two year Ford Direct warranty, and blown away with the offer that I could return and replace the car within the first 30 days if I decided it wasn't for me. I don't think many dealerships make such an offer. And, having done extensive research before purchasing, I am confident that I got the best possible price for my trade-in, and a really good deal on my new car. All in all I had excellent care and service from Jennings. I am telling as many people as possible to give them a try, and I will definitely use them again in future. Big thanks to the lovely Paul Robinson!

Came across the Jennings Motor Group by accident looking for a new car for my wife. I was surprised to see how reasonably priced their vehicles were - at least £2k off the price of a similar Ford at my local dealer and they offered £300 more for my 14 plate Toyota Yaris than "We buy any car dot com"! Nichola who answered my call couldn't have been more helpful and arranged for one of her colleagues to call me the following day regarding delivery. The call came through as promised and delivery was arranged for 22 September. Sure enough I got a text on 22 September saying that the (free) delivery would take place and by 0930 I was in possession of a brand-new fiesta. The delivery guys were absolutely spot on and provided loads of advice about the features of my new car. Overall this was an unbelievably easy and stress free process. They have a great website which is easy to use along with really helpful staff - what a difference compared to my previous car-buying experiences. I can't speak highly enough about this and there is absolutely no doubt that I will be back with them in the future.

I can highly rate these people Everything thing done above board Car bought unseen Was exactly as described. Very highly impressed. Much the opposite could be said about MY local FORD dealer !!!!!
