“Sales team are spot on the after sales is rubbish I have a problem with the back brake they told me there is nothing they can do with it and they told me you don’t use the back brake when riding I could not believe what they told me you need to employee people that know what they are talking about I still have not spoke to a technician but the good old salesman is trying to sort it out”

“Make buying a car easy, the staff are very friendly and deal with everything, when picking your car advice is given to you and all options are open for you to look at , when picking up your car the process is friendly. Everything is explained to you, I only buy from Jennings(Stockton) and I live in Cumbria, I will only have my car serviced at Stockton store. Thank you very much for making me happy yet again. My sales man is Alan Platten and I would certainly recommend him to my friends.”

“Haven’t picked up my new car as it hasn’t been delivered yet, but I couldn’t thank Richard White enough for everything he has done! It’s great to walk into a car garage and actually feel welcome etc. When I first passed my test a few year back and I was looking for my first little car, I went to a few other garages and it just felt like they were being far too pushy. I came to the Kia garage and Richard was spot on, spoke me through everything, he went above and beyond to get me my little car which is why I’ve came back to the same garage and to the same sales man again as I really couldn’t fault him, I’m so confident that my new car which I pick up on Friday is everything Richard described it to be! Thanks again Richard! Top man 👍🏽”
