I found the ordeal of purchasing my new car from Jennings, at the South Shields outlet a pleasant experience. The sales person conducted himself in a professional way he explained every thing I required to know and do. I was very happy with the service he provided.

This was my second purchase from this branch 2 years apart. Both sales were very easy and straightforward. I dealt with Marcus Windress on both occasions and his knowledge and sales approach are in my opinion first class. He advised us on the pros and cons of both finance options and totally left the decision to us, there was no pushy sales pitch. Marcus put together a very good quotation and explained everything to me as he went through the quote with me. When everything was explained I was advised to think it through and give him a call or just drop in if any more help was needed. It was such a good deal I didn't hesitate and a hand shake later the deal was done. All our questions and queries were answered professionally and confidently. I am very happy with my purchase and would certainly recommend your Stockton Branch to others. In the past two years I've found the service department very good, always keeping me informed as to what was happening whilst my vehicle was in for service. I only had the Fiesta for two years from new but I will be certainly keeping the Kuga a bit longer. See you in 4 years or so ! !

Seemed to be waiting a long time even though we were expected. Lots of running about copying documentation and no happy, smiling faces. To top it all the vehicle log book had already been sent to DVLC in my name and we were only booked in for a test drive. Unfortunately, the car was for my wife and that entailed a long explanation to our insurance company since my wife would be the main driver and the car was registered to me. The insurance company were extremely efficient and understanding. Otherwise, it would have been a nightmare.

Mark Taylor and Sam Khan were very professional. However, couple of minor things with car. After travelling over 200 miles to purchase the car when I tried the car the windscreen level light came on. Mark offered to top it, I was on a deadline to return. After travelling halfway home the tyre pressure warning light came on. Two things I believe should have been on the pre delivery check. As I say minor points I love the car. I must say the valeting was excellent.
