“Vehicle I bought developed a fault less than 2 weeks from purchase, vehicle was in and out 3 times. The third occasion the parts were supposed to be in, once the job was started they realised they did not have all the parts. 2 weeks later i received a phone call saying the parts were still on back order, then 2 days later they rang to say it was done. No offer of compensation in any way from discount on service or even the tank of fuel used. Each time I asked to speak to the service manager he was unavailable.”

“Never bought a car online before and was really scared of handing money over without seeing the car but I spoke to Gary in south Shields and he assured me that the car was is prestine condition and to my delight when it arrived it didn't disappoint. It's a lovely car inside and out. Thank you would have no issues buying from jennings ford in the future.”

“Mark conducted an extensive search to find exactly the car we wanted with all the features that we needed. All options e.g service plans fully explained with no pressure. Finance options fully covered especially early settlement option. Would certainly come back when we need a change of car.”

“Very pleased with my buying experience with Jennings at Middlesbrough. The salesman, Kyle was extremely helpful and patient whist trying to find the car which fitted my requirements, showing me several variations of the model I wanted and allowing me to test drive them. Jennings were able to offer me a reasonable part exchange allowance for my old car and arranged for my final selection to be brought to the branch for inspection before finally signing to purchase. All went very smoothly and relatively quickly. I must also mention that I also visited Jennings Stockton where I also had very helpful assistance whilst looking for a car, but the Middlesbrough branch was closer to home. This car buying experience has been as good if not better than any of the (many) previous buying experiences Ive had over the last few years. I am happy with the car I bought and I would be happy to recommend Jennings”

“Wasn't told about some of defects on the car scratched wind screen . USB not working properly. I had travelled from Kent to Newcastle and was disappointed with the lack of honesty . I gave 9000 cash . I think should have got a better service . Empty tank . Also scratches onot the dash board . The car only had 10000 miles I was tolled it was as new . It wasn't. Could do better”
