They had the car I was looking for and made it very easy for me to trade in my old car and deliver the new one to my house. No problems and the car was and is perfect. No imperfections on the car at all. Fab service from Jessica and Mark.

from the moment i entered the showroom and the sales person ( natalie ) spoke to me i felt comfortable . all my questions were answered and any queries quickly dealt with . A very professional and at the same time personal experience .

The overall service from start to finish was excellent. There was no pressure for the sale and good knowledge from salesperson regarding the vehicle. This was the first sale for Natalee and an excellent job in completion. I would recommend Jennings Sunderland to all. The level of customer service was at a much higher level than other car sales company previously experienced.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I have been a Motorbility customer now for 9 years and have just collected my 4th car. Paul Pelagrino(Dunston, Gateshead) has always assisted me, making sure that I was happy with new technology and also explaining small details. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone needing assistance. I had a follow up call a few days ago checking I was happy .

Not very good on call backs No hand book in car Would of liked a full fuel tank And car matts That would have been a nice touch.

All our dealings with Jennings have been helpful and courteous, from our initial phone call during Easter holiday to collection. We dealt with Mark Taylor who was very friendly and did exactly what he said he would do, keeping us informed throughout. Thanks to the whole team for getting the car turned around really quickly for us.

I sent my car in due to pot-hole damage. Excellent service. Repairs were quick and surprisingly cheap. Would recommend to anybody.

So impressed. We dealt with Gary Lancaster who was first class, being friendly, extremely informative and helpful and in no way 'pushy'. Would gladly nominate him for salesman of the year. It was a pleasure doing business and will recommend to both family and friends.
