The buying process was simple from start to finish,photos and video sent of van.A mobile number of Mark the salesman which saved time going through the switchboard ect.Mark also arranged delivery which arrived at 7am so I was able to work that day.Outstanding.

We had previously arranged to meet Mr Downey to show us a car, on arrival the staff were helpful and friendly. Mr.Downey was very personable, helpful and friendly throughout the transaction, and thoroughly explained any technical queries we had and can highly recommend him as a top rate representative of the company. We and family have previously purchased cars from your firm and have always been very pleased with our vehicles and will certainly recommend Jennings to our friends and family

paul whitehead looked after me by helping me choose the right bike for all my needs.great salesmanship.everything we spoke about he was very helpful and knowledgeable.I am also having some modifications done to bike and hew was very helpful with this.I would certainly recommend my friends to this Harley dealership

Was interested in a car over 150 miles away but didn’t have time to travel. Jennings were very willing to cater to my needs and delivered the car straight to my door for a reasonable price. Car is in great nick as well and they were willing to pay for any repairs I could’ve spotted at the beggining if it was not covered by warranty. Also the team were very helpful in assisting me from the sales assistant to the finance advisor. Would recommend!

Bad customer service they said 3 times the car would be ready when it wasn’t the sales executive was off on the day of the hand over and didn’t tell us. the hand over wasn’t good as it was a different person and they didn’t have everything ready and we had to wait An extra week for car matts and a touch up pen they also said the car was going on the ramp Monday morning and it didn’t till Tuesday night for the final checks they then found an oil leak which had to be fixed this was exactly a week on from saying we wanted to purchase the car to then delay it another 2 days

Everything was clearly explained and although extras ie warranties, paint protection were offered at additional costs it was never done in a pushy or forceful way. I thought the Sales guy Alex was very professional and friendly and made the experience of buying a car a lot less stressful than it could have been. I would recommend Jennings to friends and colleagues if they wanted to look for a car. Thanks
