Very good service no problems with order car deliver on time and day. Mark Taylor was exelent sorted every detail out and kept me informed on everything. Gave me a good deal for my part exchange.

The help I got from Andy and Kal was unbelievable even after I had completed the full process and bought my bike I can still go down for a brew and a chat and I’m always made to feel welcome.

I was not offered several of the insurance packages (alloy, paint work etc) until I was picking my car up. These should have been mentioned to me when I signed up the lease not handover. It was an after thought and only because there was paper work I had to sign to say I had been offered it. I am really pleased with the car that I have chosen and the help with this. The sales assistant was very friendly and this one incident, unfortunately has tarnished the experience.

Sales person was unfamiliar with the car we bought it was a mini .I have bought loads of cars service was poor no idea about the car did no research on it .We have a private plate on car made no effort to fit plates for us on collection day . Service was poor

Recently purchase my third bike from Jennings Leeds HD. Once again the service was personable and friendly without any hard sell. Everything went smoothly and subsequent visits have always been good. One of the few dealers I would recommend.

My review of Jennings Harley Davidson is short and sweet. I have bought a number of motor bikes from them and the fact I have repeated my custom is indicative of my satisfaction. However, on the most recent occasion my dissatisfaction was not with Jennings but with Harley Davidson itself. I ordered a new bike in November of 2017 with a delivery date of 1st March 2018 some five months later. Enough time you would think to make and deliver a bike, even from the USA. Well no, the bike was not delivered until the end of April some 8 weeks late. I can understand delays, if I get them explained to me, but HD did not do this they just said the bike "was on the water" - for three months? The essence of good customer service is communication perhaps HD need reminding of this otherwise they may find customers stop waiting and go elsewhere. So my advice if you order a new bike be prepared to wait - and wait - and wait!
