“Our first call enquiring about the car was handled very professionally and we felt comfortable with the responses we got from our questions. We travelled 100 miles to see the car and got excellent service from Gary the salesman who again ,made us feel welcome. When we went to collect the car everything was explained to us and Gary made sure we were comfortable with all the controls ready for our 100 miles journey back home. We were both very impressed with the service we received and would highly recommend Jennings Motors to anyone”

“Excellent customer service from Alex Marshall-Hunt. He organised a prompt appointment for me to discuss changing my fiesta. Once I had chosen the car he offered me a range of products and services that were tailored to suit my requirements. Alex always offers a genuine, professional and friendly service. The financial aspect of the transaction was dealt with efficiently and the deal I was offered represents excellent value. I took delivery of my new car within in 2 weeks and was as always with Jennings at Dunston was a seamless transition. I highly recommend the whole team and will continue to deal with them as I have for the past 5 years.”

“I bought my last car from you through Peter Hudson and only visit your area two or three times a year to visit one of your customers Mrs Grace Holland. As my Sportage was coming up to three years old I contacted Peter to enquire about a new vehicle, he said if anything came up he thought I might be interested in he would contact me. He phoned several times and in the end after his excellent service I decided on a new Sportage. We did the deal over the phone and I will be collecting on the 23rd July.”

“Jennings staff were approachable, friendly and informative when I spoke to them on the telephone. This was especially important to me as the trade in and purchase of my car were done on the phone as I don't live on the Mainland. The delivery was also very well organized and the SW Delivery man was also very courteous and efficient. I am very happy with my car and the whole experience.”
