I always find Jennings a very pleasant and helpful place to purchase a new car. They give me all the options without any pressure to buy. I deal with Alan Platten who is very understanding of my needs and always friendly and courteous. The fact that I still travel from Nottingham (having moved 9 years ago) to Stockton-on-Tees says it all.

Pretty straightforward although I knew exactly what I wanted via previous exchanges with on-line sales agent. Test drive and overview of vehicle functions casual but thorough. Sales staff at Jennings Gateshead readily accepted and agreed on-line quote/offer.

I drove away with a completely flat tire (as it had a puncture) and no road tax because the salesman forgot. When I came to pick up the car after having the tire fixed I had to wait over 30 minutes for them to find the fuel card to give me the compensation they said would be ready to go. Overall unimpressed and it took the shine off getting a new car.

I recently purchased a Mondeo from your South Shields branch. All the staff were very helpful and understanding without being pushy or overpowering. Malcolm Mossop, the sales executive who sold me the car was excellent, new his stuff and it was a pleasure to deal with him. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jennings to friends and family and should the need arise I will be back in years to come to negotiate another vehicle. Delighted with my new car which I took ownership of just a week ago. Found all the staff I had dealings with at the Gateshead dealership very friendly and attentive. The sales executive who took care of the transaction was Gareth Watson, made the whole process very pleasant.

Service at car garages in general in today’s world tends to be underwhelming. Jennings lives up to this. I feel when I collected our car it was not checked over properly, the engine management light on the dash was illuminated & subsequently found from looking through the paperwork that the RAC inspection certificate was not fully filled in, no name, no signature, no ViN number. I had emailed customer service to complain & ask for compensation & still till now have had no contact from them even after resending the email.

I would of liked to kept in touch with what was going on with my car .i had to ring up before he got in touch with me by email.he was polite enough.since getting my car I have realised It does not have automatic lighting I was told it did

From initial phone call, to receiving the keys, the whole buying experience has been stress free and friendly, The sales team, (Craig in particular) we found very helpful and patient with us as we weighed up the endless configurations that would best suit our needs! we would recommend them to anyone that asks us our opinion !

salesman very patient, good advice. Product knowledge of salesman very good. would easily recommend Jennings ford in Stockton to other people. I was served by Martin Jones , he was extremely helpful, not pushy but made sure i got what i wanted. Would definitely recommend

After what started as seeing a car on the Jennings Facebook page and asking a simple question ended up with me eventually driving it away... I was directed to Jennings South Shields to have a look at the car and have a test drive, the guys were top notch from the second we went through the door, paperwork was started and completed quick but was very easy to understand, everything was explained as we went along. Day of collecting the car, again the process was very comfortable, made to feel very very welcome again, all the paperwork and process for my Part-Ex was explained so i went away knowing what i needed to do with my old car, new car was prepped and ready to go, Peter even offered to show me anything i wasnt sure of before driving away. Extremely happy with the whole customer service experience, have no doubts what so ever about going back or even recommending anyone to go there.. 10/10
