“When I received the new car MX5 RF I realised that it was handling poorly with very soft steering and being unstable in corners. I thought it was a steering problem and rang the dealer they suggested checking the tyre pressures first which I did. The pressures were meant to be 29 psi all around but the front tyres were at 20 psi and the rears at 45 psi! The pressure sensors were not reporting this, suggesting they had been set at this pressure. This in my view was dangerous in a sports car.”

“The show room was bright and welcoming and we were always greeted by different members of staff with a friendly smile. We weren't pressurised at all but were given sufficient attention. Kieran made buying our car a very pleasurable experience. Staff had good product knowledge and queries were answered via phone, text and e-mail in a very timely manner. We were kept informed at all times.”

“I have been going to Jennings Ford, on Yarm Road, Stockton, for many years. I have always found the staff to be proffesional in there dealings with me but also friendly without being over familiar. The members of staff who I have had dealings with are a credit to them selves and Jennings. This wont be my last car I buy from them, and I would highly recommend them.”

“This is the second time now I’ve had a car from Jennings, my sales man Ian Phillips is brilliant and I would recommend him to everyone who is looking at buying a new car. Throughout the time there I was completely at ease, I took my time going through everything and I did not feel rushed. “I was very happy with your sales person, Stuart Thorpe, he treated my wife and I with courtesy and friendliness but that has always been the case during the number of times I have dealt with him. My low mark of 2/5 is because of the state of the car when I received it, it was filthy, I was told it was because it had been left in the rain. To buy a brand new car and have it handed over in the state it was is unacceptable, particularly as I had paid extra to have the Supagard protection applied. I had to wash the car when I arrived home. We had been waiting for delivery for about 10 weeks and looking forward to picking it up and we were somewhat disappointed at seeing the state it was in. I would have thought someone could have made the effort and taken 15 minutes to wash it. Better still have had it under cover. Something of an anticlimax to say the least.”
