Excellent attention from sales ex. James Mann.However not happy with your service plan where I pay for 3 services,but only get 2,before I replace car

Arrange to view vehicle but it was dirty (probably used for collecting parts) mileage on receipt was double advertised mileage and boot cover was missing on delivery

I wouldn’t spend another penny at jennings. Terrible customer service on a defect discovered 4 days after spending in excess of £21,500. On the roof of a cx5, offered a bodge job repair but no idea how long they would need my car to repair it. Arthur Daly was more honest.

Would of put really good as all the lead up and the handover process was good, how ever as soon as drove the car away from the dealership ( which I travelled all the way up from Northampton to pick up ) the back seats were rattling.... i wasn’t sure what it was as I was driving home...I had to take it to my local ford garage the next day to be told I need new brackets for the back seats which wouldn’t of just happened as I drove away... not the best feeling to pick up a £14,500 car as I have to wait now till a week to be fixed and deal with the annoying rattling Till then, atm I don’t reallt want to drive it ! I’m sure from a sales check point of few and the fact I was told told it’s a common problem for the focus st line form my local dealership makes me think was it propley check over??? ... I do Hope this is the only problem I counter as would be very upset. Nick

If you have ever been concerned about buying a car on line then think again! I have recently purchased a Ford Fiesta from Jennings where the customer service down to the delivery exceeded my expectations - a great service from Jennings and I would also like to give a shout out to Tayler the Sales Executive who made the whole experience a pleasure!

Our sales executive was Gethin Williams and my I say what a gentleman he is , he was polite curtous pleasant a pleasure to deal with, he went the extra mile to accommodate our needs and was very informative and knowledgeable about the cars and guided us to the right car for our needs. I feel Gethin is a credit to Jennings Ford and because of him I will be a repeat customer and definitely recommend Jennings Ford to friends and family. He made the experience of parting with a lot of money a pleasure. We love the car ford fiesta ecoboost titanium as much as the customer service. The only criticism I would make is having to walk over to the main building for coffee the used car office would really benefit having it's own coffee machine. Thanks again Gethin.

We were very disappointed that we never received the flowers that were promised and in the deal was agreed a full tank of petrol, we received half a tank of petrol. Never the less we took the car after showing (Maz) the salesman, the rear pull/roller cover was missing, the salesman (Maz)returned two minutes later with a new pull/roller cover from another vehicle. When we got home the plastic floor cover in the boot was missing to. My brother is looking to change his Kia and I think we will be looking at another garage in the future. Maz seamed very efficient and really hard working a pleasure at times to deal with.

Excellent service, reserved the car until we were able to visit and then held it until we were able to return and pick it up. When we pick up the car it was well presented and ready for us. The team at Jennings were very courteous and helpful, a great experience, thank you.

Absolutely professional, no pressure sales. Martin Downing was a pleasure to deal with and loving my new Mazda 3 sport nav. Would recommend Jennings Mazda in Middlesbrough...... great job guys.
