Recently bought a Citroën c4 from James at Jennings Dunston, was great no high pressure sales no waffle, answered my questions honestly, very fair price for part exchange. Car bought at a good price and happy with the package put together including service, mot, wheel refurbishment. Will be recommending to others.

We recently bought a new car from Jennings and the whole transaction was made very easy and hassle free. Chris Hargreaves (Sunderland) was very approachable and professional and we were very happy with the service he provided. We have used Jennings on previous occasions and would certainly recommend them for a good deal and top customer service.

The service I received from Jennings Ford was exceptional, I was looking for a Mondeo Vignale and could not find one in west cumbria. I looked on Jennings website and there was a few to choose from and two I was very interested in, so I rang up and went to South Shields 109 miles away to view the cars the next day. I was greeted at the door by Peter Brown, who made us very welcome and comfortable. we discussed my requirements and then went to look at the two cars, went for a good test run and decided which one I wanted. We then came inside and started the paperwork over a nice coffee. At no time did I feel any pressure it was more like buying a car off an old friend and nothing was any problem. Peter was very knowledgeable about any questions I asked. Paperwork done we set off on the 109 miles home. We arranged to pick up the car on Wednesday at 3 pm and after we arrived about 3 and another warm welcome from Peter there was some final paperwork to do and then the car was brought to the door gleaming for us to see. We said our goodbye and set off on our way home, in all we had done about 440 miles to get this car and it was worth every mile. I am delighted with the car and the service, well done Peter and well done Jennings Ford.

I spent £16k on a used car, only to discover the floor mats had been taken. I questioned the sales manger and requested replacements and was told that “we will take a set from another car when one comes in” this was not satisfactory to me and requested that a new set to be ordered, I was then informed that the manger said “we don’t order new mats for a used car” £16k an they will not order new mats! Disgusting! Customer service and communications absolutely shocking. I will not be bring the vehicle back for any form of work/service etc and I will not be recommending Jennings to anyone.

Appointments running late, delays on paperwork, several mistakes on paperwork created by Ford meaning the car delivery and finance were further delayed, delayed delivery date, car delivery was then also 3 hours late, driver who dropped it off was incredibly rude and obnoxious towards me and scratches had not been fixed, which were promised upon delivery. I have contacted the sales person twice over the last week to ask if these could be sorted, as agreed. No reply. very disappointed with the customer service. We have bought a car last year from Nissan and their customer service was outstanding. however, the car we have we are pleased with

We dealt with Jack Tyreman from start to finish for both ourselves and our youngest son and he was so helpful and considerate of our wants and needs that we certainly wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him and the Teeside branch to any family and friends. Very happy customers xx

Bought a new Fiesta two weeks ago, few teething problems with the computer system, spanner was on all the time! But Stuart the salesman sorted it for us, also excellent service from the service staff especially Fiona. Very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent service when buying my new car ! Extremely professional and informative and also a very friendly and relaxed as I was a little nervous with buying a new car. My sales executive Jack Tyreman at Kia garage ( Preston Farm Stockton) couldn't have been more helpful to me in the process. I highly sing their praises and a Thank you. I will Definitely only come back to Jennings in the future. And I am Loving my new Kia Picanto !!
