Dear Sir First,The driver tried to deliver the car to the wrong address. Several letters have gone to the wrong address with my name on them The post office contacted me about this. The person at that address went to the post office and complained. All letters were sent back.The paper work I got with the car has got the wrong address on them. The paper work I got from fords has got my name spelled wrong. I asked to keep my own number plate, I still have not got it.I have had this number plate for several years never any problems before.I got my last car from you 3 years ago great service,bad service from start to finish this time I have phoned several times but no satisfaction. Entirely happy with the Service I had from your salesman. No hassle, everything he said he would do, he did to my satisfaction. I'm very pleased with the Kia Sportage. I've already recommended to friends and family the service I received. Full marks.

Excellent customer service from all staff. Hand brake adjustment was completed quickly and efficiently. With the added bonus that the car was cleaned to my daughter suprise. One day she might clean the car!

Although very happy with the sales service, I was disappointed with the condition of the vehicle upon collection. If the vehicle was valeted, as promised, it was a very poor job. Sun visor dirty, small unwashed areas of paintwork, marks on upholstery, dirty mirrors, inside sills unclean etc. In addition, after completing a questionnaire shortly after purchase where these issues were highlighted no further contact from Jennings was made.

Very attentive prior to purchase, but once they have your money, the service evaporates. Purchased a car at the beginning of August and three months later, still no sign of V5 log book or service history documents despite countless calls, messages and E-mails to the dealership. Purchased the car based on the length of the warranty, thinking that if there were any issues we would have the peace of mind of being able to just return the car to the dealer and let them take care of things. However, having experienced what this dealer considers to be 'service', I am now more concerned about this car than I have been about any other that I have owned. My advice to anyone considering buying a Kia would be to reconsider your options, but if you do have your mind set on the specific manufacturer and model, save yourself significant time and stress and look to another dealership.

Dealt with a nice young chap called Chris Jennings (no relation apparently!). Explained all about the car to me - it is an automatic - only ever driven manual. On the dy of pick up dealt with me in a very proffessional and courteous manner. Well done!

It was the first time that I had bought a car "over the internet", and so I went into the situation with a bit of apprehension. I was part exchanging my Ford Fusion for a Ford B-Max. I need not have worried. Everything went smoothly. The car arrived on time; it was in superb condition and overall I was delighted with the purchasing experience.

Excellent service - from the time I placed my order in the evening and was contacted by Andy P. first thing the following morning when having checked my order, he realised I had ordered the incorrect item for my vehicle. He also helped and included in my order another item that I was having difficulty in locating from other suppliers. I am so pleased with the outstanding service I experienced.
