“Dealt with Ian Phillips, who worked tirelessly to find me the car I desired. Ian was a true Gentleman, very thorough from choosing and finding the correct vehicle, all the way through the sales process to the handover at the end. This is the second Ford that I have purchased from Jennings and have been delighted with the overall service. Great experience from sales people who listen to their customers. “The car is fantastic but the communication in the lead up to receiving my car very poor also after last survey received voicemail from sales manager ,I returned the call spoke to a salesman and asked for a callbak..still waiting I Have been ignored on the whole and hope after sales is better..fingers crossed but don’t know when will be contacted or what is covered as when asked during my test drive was advised to speak to Jack”

“My experience of purchasing a used Ford Ranger from Jennings was easy and totally stress free. Mathew Abson, the sales executive, was friendly and professional, he constantly kept me up to date by phone and E-mail through the process, which was especially important and reassuring as it was a sale from distance. From my intial enquiry right up to and including delivery of my new pick up I only encountered helpful friendly people and always felt my custom was valued. I know where my first port of call shall be regarding any future vehicle purchases. Thank you Jennings.”

“First time purchasing a new car on my own after a marriage breakup and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I registered interest on a vehicle I had seen on the website, I had a call back in seconds arranging an appointment. Great experience from start to finish, I felt respected and looked after throughout and I genuinely believe they supported me in getting the right car on the right deal, at the right price.
