Love the car but your ads were incorrect. I have discussed this with Jonathon (Stockton). Car was advertised with DAB radio, motion sensors and tyre pressure warnings. It does not have the DAB or motion sensors and I am not sure regarding tyre pressure sensors. Having a DAB radio was one of the reasons that I was interested on the car. I have 3 members of my household with Jennings cars it would be decent to receive some form of renumeration for this error. Thanks C Martin

The service given throughout my purchase of a second hand ford fiesta was brilliant. The sales rep was very helpful and went the extra mile to satisfy my special requirements. I would recommend this garage and will go back in the future.

The service I received in particularly from Paul Nixon the sales executive has been excellent! I ordered a new RS and he kept me up to date through the 11 month wait. He has been helpful in arranging alterations to what I wanted and always available to contact with a prompt reply. Hopefully this good service will continue though the warranty and servicing period

Ordered parts no problem. What I did like was the check by yourselves to ensure parts matched reg no. All email notifications were prompt and timely keeping me updated with delivery

Hello the roof rack was very good quality with one exception. The end pieces are very loose and have to be secured with insulation tape. Why doesn't a rack of this quality and price come with lockable end caps, like Thule products. Are they available separately. At the moment l have to keep my bike rack on as l don't want the hassle of having to remove and retape the end pieces. With my Thule rack l would have removed the bike rack when not in use, this is not practical for the reasons explained.

The transaction went smoothly, I was kept well informed and the items were well packed and shipped promptly. The only glitch was that the invoice was made out in the name of the company I work for instead of my name which caused some problems with duty at customs. DHL were able to sort it out though (eventually), and it didn't delay delivery.
