“I bought a Range Rover Evoque from Jennings South Shields and was dealt with by salesman Peter Brown, what a lovely mild mannered chap. I was treated with courtesy and respect right through the transaction. I'm 74 years old and have dealt with numerous car sales over the years and out of them all Jennings comes top. “Visited Jennings-Kia on Preston farm industrial estate for the Disabled Mobility Scheme. On arrival,I was greeted by a member of staff,who immediately passed me on to Mobility Scheme salesman. I asked about all the different cars and decided upon the Kia Venga. All my details were placed on the computer system & I was told a date when the car would be available to collect. The process took 1/2 hour to sort. A few days later,I went with a friend to add him as my 2nd insured driver. The salesman advised me another Venga was available & I could have it,3 weeks before the 1 I'd ordered was ready(albeit a different colour but same spec otherwise). I said yes & picked the car up a few days later. All in all,a first class service from start to completion. I would & already have told friends & family & recommend Jennings-Kia.”
