From my first telephone call, to the final handshake when the sale was completed, the service provided by Jennings staff was faultless. I found the vehicle I was interested in, on the Jennings web site, and called the number. I spoke with Sam Khan, who was very helpful, and arrangements were made for the car to be brought to Middlesbrough, from South Shields. A logistical issue, but this was not a problem to arrange. This was done, and the car was brought down by Salesman, Edward (Eddie) McCartney. Eddie was friendly, helpful, and professional. Of course, he wanted to make the sale, but there was no 'hard sell', and not once did I get the impression that he was not putting my interests first. He gave honest answers to all my questions. He pointed out minor faults with the car before i'd seen them. From my initial impression, I knew this guy would not try to sell me a lemon. The sale was made, at which Eddie drove the vehicle down from South Shields, having to make arrangements for his lift back. Throughout the process, I was kept updated, via email, every step of the way. The vehicle was delivered, as promised, in the condition I was promised, and expected. And to finish off, yesterday (a week after the sale), I received another email from Eddie, enquiring as to whether everything was ok with the car, and whether I was happy with it. This is my second purchase from Jennings, and I can say, hand on heart, that I will not use any other company for my future car purchases. Five star service, from top notch staff.

Staff very helpful and friendly.steve ,who helped me to purchase the car ,listened to my needs and found my ideal car. I have always been wary of purchasing items on my own as some treat you as having no 'brains'.this wasn't the case at Jennings

We Saw A Car On Your Web Site A White Mondeo 2.0TDC1 Street Line And Fell In Love With It Marcus Showed Us Around The Car Really Impressed With The Car Marcus Was So Friendly And Helpful Told Us All About The Car Everything We Needed To Know Nothing Was Any Trouble Gave Us Advice On Someone To Fit A Tow Bar It Was A Pleasure Buying Our Car Great Salesman

Our salesman, Gary, was most helpful & gave us his full attention. He answered all our questions, the car was ready waiting for us to arrive, and he gave us a full demonstration of all its different functions. Couldn’t praise him more.

Minimum of fuss, James Downey is a sales person I have returned to on several occasions and have always received first class customer service. I wish he was a little more flexible when it comes to trade in prices but I guess you can't have everything.

There was a good range of cars to suit my needs and budget. Pleasant friendly salesman, and other staff in the showroom. I was given accurate information without pressure. I was able to take a test drive, and shown all the features of the car. We were offered tea or coffee in the showroom

Very satisfied with the service received. I never felt pressurised to buy, I was given useful and practical advice and facts. I was particularly pleased by the willingness to allow a third party inspection presale. It's too soon to comment meaningfully on the car but I'm happy with it. So, thanks and especially to Mr. Steve Ternent.

Ian Phillips the sales man was excellent throughout our time picking a car, his knowledge of ford and what car would suit a young family was great and the sale went through quickly with no hassle at all. I am very happy and it's great that you can trust a company like Jennings to deliver every time you use them.

The salesman that dealt with me done his best to get my the finance for the car at the monthly budget that i had in mind and also got my a good deal on some other products for a great prise and Jennings service team also put 4 new tyres on the car and went through the service history and some upgrades the previous owner had done to the car all in all i am very satisfied with the services i received from the team at Jennings would recommend to family and friends well done

Very smooth transaction kept me informed second time I have used them I’m sure it won’t be the last. A couple of minor issues one was the car arrived dirty it was bad weather so I understand the outside being dirty however the inside was dirty the inside of the bottom of the doors particularly and most importantly the mileage was over 400 miles more than since I put my deposit on. It had just over 3000 miles when it arrived and one of the reasons for purchasing this car was the mileage. The delivery man (Shaun ) was very good and professional and apart from what I have mentioned I am very happy with the service. Yours sincerely Trevor Brooks
