“the sale5 of the Kia Soul we bought was very good and the sales person very attentive, but unfortunately once the money was handed over the aftersale service has been appauling. When we picked the car up om Monday 5th March we noticed that on one of the rear doors was a mark on the paintwork made by bird poo. the sales person did take it to the bodyshop but was informed they needed more time to rectify the problem, which is fair enough and the sales person said he would arrange an appointment, after many phone calls between us and empty promises from him we are still waiting. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE”

“Loving my new car and would have given a 5* review if it wasn’t for the fact I received my car nearly 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for my deposit back. This is an amount of money I can’t afford to live without and having already asked for it several times I now feel that pre sale customer service is far more a priority than post sale, which is a real shame.”

“I was very dubious about buying a car without seeing or test driving it. After looking on the internet we finally found the exact car we were looking for at Jennings motor group so after an awful lot of thought we contacted them. We found them to be very helpful & honest & they took us through the car buying procedure carefully explaining everything that we needed to know. We went ahead & bought the car which was delivered on a transporter to our door & low & behold it was everything that they said it was. So I would advise anybody to trust in them & buy with confidence.”

“Jennings gave me an excellent deal on my first car, and when I returned gave me another excellent deal on a replacement car 3 years later. Graham Reynolds who sold me my car, always gave me the best advice, he lead me through all the options, and at no time did he ever pressure me into making a decision. He was always on the end of the phone when I needed help deciding what options to get on the car. I would thoroughly recommend Jennings and if you want the best advice and service make sure you get hold of Graham too. Thanks Graham and thanks Jennings for sorting me with a great car.”
