We turned up on impulse with our little dog in tow. We were made to feel very welcome by all staff. The salesperson, Gavin Lintern, took the time to explain things to us even though we didn't have an appointment. When we decided on the car, we were given a very fair price for our old car which we were trading in. Many thanks.

Really happy that I wasn’t descended on by a hoarder of salesman on arrival, I was able to look around the showroom until I was ready to make inquiries. Having decided on the bike I wanted the purchase went through with the minimum of fuss. As I wasn’t able to collect my bike personally it was delivered free of charge.

I have recently bought my new Harley Davidson from their Leeds Branch. It is my second bike from them. I have found dealing with the sales and after sales teams pleasurable. Chris Higgins the Sales/ Site Manager Customer skills are brilliant. As I have previously stated this is my second Harley and Chris has dealt with all my needs in a professional and Timely manner. The After Sales team is very attentive in all issues and questions when raised. Well Done Leeds Harley Davidson

Personal friendly service but not over familiar. I,ve had couple of problems with communication from service in past. I.e not returning calls...but no problem with sales.

We walked in just for a browse, I approached a sales advisor to request a test drive thinking I would have to book a time slot, as it turned out he took me straight out he didn’t push or over sell the car my questions were answered with aparente knowledge of the car I was in, he let me drive it till I was ready to take it back, he went through all aspects of the car explaining what I would get and what we wouldn’t he was a very easy going sales advisor a pleasure to deal with we ordered the car that day. Jennings has been in contact to make sure everything is as it should be and that we were happy with our purchase. I can say a big yes to both of them and I have to thank ian Phillips our sales advisor for excerlent service and great and no nonsense experience in buy a new car from ford ..

The service received was always courteous and the salesman was always informed and professional. Though I was disappointed by the lengthy delay on the delivery of my vehicle I was more than happy with the way in which the situation was handles by the showroom. I am a returning customer and will consider using Jennings again in the future.

Over the years and to date we have purchased 5 vehicles from Jennings. On each visit we have dealt with the same sales person and Peter Nesbitt has always made us feel very welcome, down to earth good conversation and easy explanation of the deal. From the point of walking through the door reception makes you extremely welcome.
