Picked bike up un cleaned , offside mirror so insecure I could not see ,after been told there was good amount of fuel in the tank the warning lamp illuminated after 3 miles. When I dealt the bike I was told it was going through a 99 point check . Also I have now noticed you had not even done an oil change

Excellent and polite sales service from Mr Ashley Clarkson. We had more or less that the Kia was smaller than we wanted, but persuasive information from Ashley helped to change our minds. We were also impressed with the very smart outfits all the sales people were attired in.

After visiting the UKs largest motor group on north Tyneside I wasn't impressed with the presentation of the vehicle which was priced several hundred pounds more than the Internet price,the part ex price was poor as I referred to the fact that I knew the Internet price,admin charges were added to the deal offer which is none sense ...I then contacted Mr Fearon Sales Manager at Jennings Gatehead and said I was looking for a year old CMax...he said he'd get back to me which he did do within twenty minutes....I went in the afternoon to see the vehicle which was in pristine condition standing on its own firm to inspect...just what I wanted. The part ex price was very good ,the sales presentation.clear and informative a breath I'd fresh air after my previous experience...and within three days I was driving my new vehicle without a hitch...10 out of 10 for Jennings and a big thanks...well recommended.

explained all models of mazda 2 not just the model we were looking at. would of liked to have been offered tea or coffee, as in showroom a long time and more time allowed when we picked up vehicle from appointment time as I did explain needed to pick up grand-daughter at 1515pm when appointment made. Otherwise very courteous and helpful, and always available at the other end of a phone.
