Excellent service all round from booking the test drive to the hand over. Only thing I could complain about is very small as I didn't get the rear mats I was promised I only got front mats. Other than that I'm very happy

HI,from the first phone conversation ,the prompt e-mails,the delivery exchange,the extra delivery of car mats and parcel shelf,have to say what a fantastic service jennings gave me,very officiant,polite,happy to help and answer any questions i had,even delivery driver was committed to let me know what time he would arrive through the traffic and a nice chap whom delt with the paper work with explanation through out.perfect ,highly recommended .

Once again I received a excellent customer service from James Mann at Jennings Kia in Stockton. It went very smoothly from part exchange to new car sale. Wish they start accepting payments by debit card or bank transfer. Had to get bankers draft.

We were very pleased about the service we received from Natalee Morton when we bought our Mazda CX 3. She didn't come across "pushy" unlike other garages we had visited. She gave us the time and space to think exactly about what we were looking for, and we are extremely pleased with our new car.

The motability staff listened to our needs and guided us to the right car. Good and efficient handover of the car. Would have liked to have been kept up to date with the progress of our purchase but overall very happy with the service.
