From first entering Jennings at Stockton we were greeted by Emma . She was very good and helped us find the car we were after. I had seen a particular car on their website which was at Gateshead. Emma arranged for the car to be brought down and we had a test drive and decided to buy it. Emma took care of everything and explained all our options.

I would highly recommend this dealers to all friends and family. I first enquired about a little 2nd car online, found a little KA and enquired about it. After 10mins of my enquiry my phone rang and it was the Internet sales dept. They told me a sales executive from stockton would be in touch. That same day Paul T was in touch and made me an appt to go and view the car. Myself hubby and daughter went down to stockton and Paul and the rest of the team were really friendly and helpful. We purchased the vehicle a week later and was very happy with the service

I was very pleased with the help I got when buying my car recently. Mr McCluskey was helpful and did a very efficient job. As a female buyer it was good to be treated as such without everything being referred to my husband who accompanied me. Not always the case I can assure you. We would not hesitate to recommend Jennings to others and if we ever need to purchase another car would probably come to you first. With thanks. Jane Morison.

Sale's did not do as they said they would, no follow up. Not even a phone call to see if I liked and was happy with my new RS, not what I was expecting. Car bonnet was badly scratched, my local body shop told me, this would have been done during car preparation. Drivers floor mat damaged. I don't think the car hand book even covers this model for Focus. The only reason I bought the car from Jennings, they are about the nearest dealer to me. Don't think I will be back. have bought another Ford product, from another dealer, will be going back there.

For me the sales team were very good, helpful and interested in getting the right vehicle and deal for me. The car arrived just as they said it would ( it needed to be delivered ) well presented and ready to go.

The motability specialist explained the scheme to me and the different vehicles in the range. All the different options were explanined to me and the vehicle I had chosen was ordered for me. I was kept informed of the whereabouts of my vehicle throughout the whole process.
