“The suit is very nice and although I didn't opt for the fitted suit it is a great fit, I received it within two weeks from ordering it which was a nice surprise as I thought I would be waiting over a month. The quality of the suit is very good. Overall I am very impressed with the service and product I have received.”

“I ordered 46 regular in the jacket and a 46 long in the waistcoat, what I have received is a 44 regular to short jacket and 44 regular to short waistcoat. Also, I had to get the suit dry cleaned as it arrived looking like an elephant's knee cap. Wearable but disappointing.”

“Suit was a good fit. Sometimes hard to get hold of if wanting to confirm things but a better suit for a low price you would be hard pressed to find. Exceptional value. When you did get hold of them on the phone generally quite helpful. I will shop here again for sure. Trousers could do with a half lining”

“Buying a suit online should always be taken with a pinch of salt, this was bought by a friend for his wedding, 3 piece tweed suit. The ordering process is fairly simple if laborious. the suit arrived pretty much when they said it would. Once here, the trousers fitted, although a lack of a lining is not good with it being a wool suit. the waist coat sits too high on the back, the jacket is too long in the arm and too baggy round the waist. yes I supplied the measurements, but these were taken from my usual tailor and measured again. the issue I have is when trying to rectify it. The person on the phone couldn't have sounded less interested if he tried and being told to "take a photo and email us" is not what I'd expect, regardless of the cost of the suit. As its for a tight deadline, I have taken the suit to a professional tailors near me who will retro fit a lining in the trousers and adjust the jacket and waistcoat for me. Personally, I won't be using this company again..”

“An ok suit for the price. Lovely fabric and excellent pattern. Trousers fit well but waistcoat and jacket significantly larger and at least a size too big. Lining not straight and lots of loose ends of thread. What was initially very good customer service and communication dried up slightly and was left wondering if the suit would arrive, it did though. I would definitely order more trousers from here, would think twice about another suit though, hopefully a visit to the tailors tomorrow will make it fit a little better.”

“Received my two suits, for myself and my best man. They are both made to measure, mine fits like a glove and looks top notch. My best man is yet to try his on so I can't speak for his yet but it is clearly of a very good quality (its the only reason I've not rated as "Very Good". The only thing I would say is some sort of status tracker from Submission/Payment to Delivery would be good. Adds peace of mind that the order is progressing. I would recommend and order another suit if I had a call for it.”

“The quality of the goods supplied by Jennis & Warmann is very good, but their attitude to customer relations is hopeless. The only acknowledgement of your order will come from the firm handling the online transaction; emails to J&W will go unanswered; you will have no idea whether or not your order has gone through or been accepted until a message from DHL arrives (after 30-35 working days) telling you that it is on its way from Heathrow. Of course, you might try phoning J & W, but for most of the period I was awaiting my order, their phones were being 'upgraded' and therefore not working.”

Hello David, We always reply to your emails but unfortunately your email always rejects anything we send. Virgin, NTL, Tiscali, Blueyonder servers always rejects any emails that does not come from mainstream servers like yahoo and gmail. We do not have any control over this. You will need to contact your email provider to configure this for you. If you give us a different email address, we will forward all the rejected mails to you so you know we are telling you the truth. We have reshipped your shoe to you and should be with you by tomorrow.

“More than happy with the suit/fit, can't wait to wear it for a wedding Easter weekend. Very disappointed that the suit came squashed in a small box however and will now need to get it dry cleaned before I even wear it!!”

Sorry Marc, We are glad you liked the suit. Sorry about the crease but DHL require us to do this for safe transit. A little pressing and you have it back perfect. Even hanging it return it to normal over few days. We appreciate your custom.

“I have been disappointed as the order arrived a week late. My son usually wears the size ordered in a regular fit; but was upset when the trousers that were sent were too small. As a seamstress myself I could see that they had been made to an unsuitable cut for a man who would wear a 42" chest jacket. I would also point out that they were not just a tight fit but would not sustain any movement. I believe that this should be pointed out at the point of your customers browsing . I was also disappointed that an odd bowtie out of the 3 that we ordered was wrong and that I have been asked to return them to get my money back. These were to be for my son's ushers so they needed to be the same. Whilst I am and my son are communicating with your customer service team to correct these issues I strongly feel that I would not use your site again.”

Hello Liz, We are sorry the trousers do not fit. Our suits are cut in a modern fit so as we have already explained to your son over the phone, he needed a loose fit as he has big thighs. Different companies make their items differently that is why we have provided a guide to help you understand our sizes. Nevertheless, we are more than happy to exchange it.

“Rented three tweed suits for use at my wedding - service was excellent as usual and suits were priced very well too. Really do recommend J&W for great quality tweeds at affordable prices - they deliver every time.”
